A great Azorian big day out with Claudia. - Our guide Claudia personalised our day to our priorities which was fantastic . The views, walks and informative and friendly interaction with Claudia was exceptionally good, and our day was well above our expectations as a result.

Anytime again! Highly recommended! - Wonderful tour, highly recommended! Our tour guide Francesco was just great. Without him I wouldn't have made it to the beautiful waterfalls. Thank you! The experience of this tour is incredible. I would do this tour again and again and can really recommend it. The lunch in the restaurant on this tour was also delicious.

Wonderful island and wonderful experience - We took a tour with a guide Decio in a car to see the major sites of the island. When we wanted to take pictures, he always stopped. Without the tour we could never see so much in a day! Highly recommended!

Though foggy, we saw the highlights of the island. - Claudia was my private tour guide. First, she is a very cautious and safe driver, unlike my transfer from the airport! It was quite foggy, so we started up to the western side of the island and the lagoas, which were too foggy to see. So she suggested we do the museums to see if the weather may improve. First, we visited the Museum of Whaling, that was very fascinating. They had the factory that processed the whale oil and carcasses, models of the boats, and the history of whaling on Flores. We visited the Museu das Flores, in an old convent, the science museum near the whaling museum, and a little house museum with an eccentric collection of the objects of life on the island. The miradoros offered beautiful sights on the northern coast. Claudia was an excellent guide with much knowledge of the island, and she spoke very good English. Highly recommend this tour!

Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - The extremely professional guides helped me get to know the details of the island. Company committed and punctual to its customers. I went canyoning and a trip to Corvo with lunch included, I made the most of my vacation with the help of these incredible professionals!

Full day tour in a small car with a chesty guide - We arrived for a 4-day stay at Flores on a Saturday and considered us lucky that the shop was open so we could still book a guided tour to get around Flores for Monday. We were interested to also see birds. Although the agency voiced that they offer no birdwatching tours, they said they could arrange a tour adapted for our birding interest. Our guide was nice and took us to beautiful places. In the end there was however nothing "birdy" about our tour. To be fair, the guide was knowledgable about the flora and for a full day tour to get around Flores, we probably got what we signed up for - though the birding part seemed like a false promise. For the experience, we felt we would have gotten more of Flores by seeing less but exploring more, in contrast to being driven from viewpoint A to B to C - but this might be a personal thing and nothing to blame the agency for. In sum, that would had been all acceptable, though the very disappointing part was that our guide apparently just caught a cold. We were driving around with the guide for the full day stuck in a small car with the guide coughing (not a lot, though enough). I'm always very cautious wearing FFP2 masks on flights and trains. This time I was not prepared and this backfired. I caught a cold and was ill for the last third of our Azores vacation, not being in a condition to do any further hikes or activities on these beautiful islands. Retrospectively, we should have had retreated from the tour. Still, a responsible agency could also be expected to have had cancelled the tour in the first place, not jeopardising the well-being and precious holiday times of its clients. But that way, this left a bad taste of greed and resulted in a tiresome ending of our holidays.
