Great experience, fun for the whole family! - Great rapids, great guides, and beautiful scenery! Very enjoyable experience for all, including our two kids (ages 9 and 7).

Best canoeing experience for families - We were with 3 children age 6,10,12 and it was the best experience we had in Portugal. The kids enjoyed it more than any attractions on the trip. The Cluba do Paiva guides where professional and new exactly when and how to help. This is a must for any familiy comping to Portugal

Great Canyoning adventure - We had a great day Canyoning with Clube do Paiva. It was both challenging and a lot of fun. Walking in the river, jumping (optional), rappelling, and swimming. Super great adventure. We highly recommend it.

Great River Trekking tour - We did a River Trekking activity (soft version), only the 2 of us and our local guide Dinis who was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The activity is riskless, good fun and good exercise. The setting is beautiful. Don´t fear to float over the rapids. It may seem a bit scary, but it´s a good challenge and fun. The weather was great and you can choose to go in the water or walk along the riverbank. Highly recommended!

Safe,fun, nature, got to come back for more - This is the thought lingering after an incredible time with the clube do Paiva crew. As a local from Porto who lived abroad for a while, I was delighted to get as a birthday present an experience of rafting where I could just let go (because these guys really know what they are doing), be off the beaten track ( not everyone knows it is worthwhile to include this 1,5h detour to their weekend trip to Porto) , enjoy the gorgeous scenery (really. Just breathe that in…) , and have fun (did I mention the awesome sense of humor clube do Paiva guys have?). How could I connect better to the north of Portugal? I did rafting with my dad and a friend. It was a mild day with some higher intensity moments. We had young kids, young adults and seasoned seniors in the boats. I’m coming back for a more as soon as I can, especially as there are tracks and modalities for higher intensities too. Goncalo was the perfect guide. Possibly all those guys would transpire this vibe of having it “under control” and being attentive,chill, funny, and able to adjust to wild spirits as well as to quiet souls. I’ll find out next time.

Amazing rafting experience - One of the Top experiences in Portugal. We had an amazing rafting experience with Clube do Paiva Team. They provide all the equipment, briefing and good mood, all the family end the experience with an outstanding smile.

Amazing day on the river - Wonderful river trip with enough rapids to keep us entertained and great guides to educate and entertain as we went. The jump from the rock into the river is a high point (you can walk around if you don’t fancy it) but the whole trip is great. Feel you are with a true professional company.

One of the best I have ever had - I did river trekking and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had! Our guide "Tó" Mané was 5 stars and explained everything we need to know about the activity, the Paiva river and the history of people from Arouca. More than activity it was a life experience, thank you very much!
