Great Tour with Carlos - Carlos led a great tour. We were all totally new to Segways, but he trained us well quickly and helped us all feel confident. He told brief, entertaining stories at the stops and gave us lots of freedom to explore the stops. As an Austin resident, I thought his choice of stops was excellent and my non-Austinite visitors liked them all. He took great pics too. 7/7 would do again

Great Time! - Juan was the best. He is very knowledgeable about the city and a fun personality, 5 stars!! Segway tours are a great way to cruise around the city. We covered a lot of the city in just a few hours.

Fun way to see the city - We really enjoyed our segway tour. We went all over Austin and learned a bit about the history of the city. The guide was great and informative and riding the segway was easier than I expected. Definitely recommend.

Great way to see the city of Austin - My family and I had a great time exploring Austin with Juan as our guide. He went at a good pace and answered all our questions. My husband, daughter (14yrs) and son (12) learned how to maneuver the segway quicky. Fun way to see the city ! Highly recommend.

Location needs updating - Most memorable part of this trip was spending 30 minutes looking for our meet-up spot, just to waste my time. I tried contacting the tour guide to no avail. The meet-up spot Paradise Smoothies has been closed for some time. Please update the meet-up location for future trips.

Use Viator if u want to be unsure booking will occur - So I hope who is reading this goes and books a Segway tour from anywhere but Viator! I booked an Austin good morning Segway tour and received several confirmations and alerts it was coming up and a wish the morning of to enjoy my self. BUT the tour was never booked with the local company and all Viator said was they apologize. We spoke to tour owner eventually and they said they don’t deal with Viator and they keep showing and booking it. So basically this review is to say DONT USE VIATOR….im still waiting for a credit and they did nothing to make up for ruining the start of a day with my family and friends!!

Not a valid offering - This isn't a valid tour, don't book. The operator has apparently lost access to this account so the tickets don't go for anything. I am awaiting confirmation of my refund.

Got scammed - The tour guide didn’t show up at the assigned meeting location. We called the provided contact number and spoke to Juan Garcia who told us Viator had been selling reservations to his tour without his permission and if we wanted to pay him directly we could do the tour. Feel very cheated. Our trip to Austin was soured by this experience.

Super rushed tour and uncaring guide - I travel with a group of ladies every year. We always take a Segway tour in each city as they usually are informative and fun. The tour could have been good if our guide, Bri, was not in such a rush. She knew the information but she did not give us time to look at some things and take photos. We rarely stopped and would have liked to have had more photo ops. She never checked on the group and kept zipping far ahead of all of us. At one point one of us fell off the Segway and she was waaaay ahead and had to be screamed at to stop. Then 2 more crashed and fell. She never checked on those 2. After everyone was back up she did not even ask if we could make it back or if we needed medical attention etc. Others from our group assisted us and helped us get back to the office. 2 of us were really hurt and one could barely walk and all she cared about was getting her tips and signing up the next group. They are lucky we are not starting a law suit!!!
