All ages Had a blast - We took our 5 teenage grandkids. We all had a blast. The lights of downtown were so striking and bright, the time off the Segway to see the bats was just long enough, Kelcie our guide was thorough, gentle, careful, and engaging. Highly recommend.

We loved this Excursion! - We loved Jordan! The tour was super fun and a great experience for my coworker and I. We both had never ridden a Segway before, but Jordan was a fantastic teacher and host. The bars were not under the bridge because of the time of month and migration pattern, but still was a cool experience.

Would do again! - Our Segway tour experience in downtown Austin was absolutely fantastic. We embarked on this adventure with my husband, our two teen kids (aged 14 and 17), and it proved to be an excellent way to explore and see downtown Austin. The views were incredible, and our tour guide was truly exceptional. Thanks to this wonderful experience, we've made it a point to include a Segway tour in every new place we visit.

Great - Kelcy and Jordan were really great. They were patient with our group so we were comfortable with the Segway and we got to see a lot of the city. We had a great time.

Saw the bats and had a... - Saw the bats and had a ton of fun listening to the haunted ghost stories!!! Highly recommend!!!! Would love to do this again!!!

Satisfactory - The Segway was fun & easy to learn. I thought the ghost tour was a little underwhelming, but enjoyed the bat tour.

Could have been better! - I want to make it clear that this review has No reflection on our guide. He was professional, kind and full of ghost stories! It’s more about the experience and what could be done to prevent this from happening to others in the future. The company should have individuals that have never ridden on a Segway arrive earlier to practice (we spent 40 minutes doing this part alone) and when you know you have a group with mostly newbie’s, there should be an additional guide in the back to keep an eye on things when roaming through the streets. We had a complete jerk on our tour that thought it was funny to ram into the people in his group that he came with. He caused 3 separate accidents (talk about a liability), the last one ended with his friend's elbow bleeding. If there had been someone in the back, they could have kept an eye on him. Needless to say, we had to stop constantly so the guide could make sure we were all there and keep checking on that group. We missed the bats at sunset and by the time we got there it was dark, and the only bats left were hovering under the bridge and could only be seen by the light of a streetlamp. We felt sorry for our guide having to deal with this guy! To top it off, it was my birthday!

Not worth the price - Haunted stories 4/10 (4 for effort), bat bridge 0/10, Segway 10/10 . Our tour guide spent too much time at the capital and we got to the bat bridge way too late. The sun had already completely set and the majority of the bats had disappeared by the time we made it there. The group was disappointed. We all politely sat through all the haunted stories but had the most fun riding the segways. Unfortunately would not recommend this tour for the price. Maybe our guide was new? He definitely tried but lacked training in time management and story telling. However, he did a great job of making sure we all stayed together and that nobody got lost. He made sure to count us at every crosswalk. So I did appreciate that. Overall, we were disappointed

Enjoyed trying a Segway, but not enough practice for a Newby and no water offered. - Missed seeing the bats. That was the main reason we went. Ghost stories were over dramatic and wordy. Made it silly.
