They also offer a rotating selection of seasonal and experimental beers, ensuring there’s always something new to try.
- Celis Brewery - In the Spring of 1992, Pierre Celis flew from Belgium to the United States to start a new brewery in the great state of Texas. No one suspected that he carried something very precious, concealed in his tube socks. It was the original yeast strain Pierre had been using to brew his world-famous Belgian-style Wit beer for the past 30 years. And there was no way he was going to brew without it. Today Celis brewery, now owned by Pierre’s daughter Christine, and their flagship Celis White are an Austin staple. Average travel time between breweries is 15-30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Fun adventure in Austin - The tour was a lot of fun, our guide was very knowledgeable, funny and an overall great guy. Gave us recommendations for local tacos, food and drinks. Highly recommend!!

The best brewery tour in Austin! - Jeff was great, really knowledgable about the history of beer and he took us to some great spots. I didnt expect to love the sour! Seeing behind the scenes at one of the breweries felt like a privilege. The chicken in the last place might be the best I've ever had.

Great beer/brewery tour - The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the beers and breweries we went to visit. He made sure we received a good variety of beers to try and the entire tour was really fun!

Loved this tour!!! - Jeff and his coworker James were amazing. VERY knowledgeable about beer, the Austin history and brewery scene. They were very fun to be around and made the tour very enjoyable! This tour is a MUST if you're visiting Austin and enjoy a good beer!

Recommend! - Jeff was great and very knowledgeable, friendly, and just nice to be around! Drinking beer itself is great but it’s nice to drink it with more context to the art of crafting beer.

City Brew Tours w/ Jeff was so fun! - My friend and I had a girl’s weekend in Austin and wanted to do some kind of brewery tour, so we decided on this one. We had such a great experience. Jeff, the owner of the Austin branch, was very knowledgeable about beer and Austin. We went to 3 different breweries, and each one was amazing in their own ways. The samples were the perfect amount, and was overall a great experience.
