Excellent experience - It was perfect. Sanjeev was waiting at airport with a sign for us. Nice vehicle with plenty of room air 3 big suitcases and a walker ( I had put a not in my reservation that I had a walker so he made a point that the vehicle picking us up would have plenty of room for it). Sanjeev gave us interesting insights into Auckland during the drive. He suggested a part day for us one of the days during our Auckland stay and we are going to do it! He will also pick us up and take us to our cruise ship on embarkation day.

Transfer from airport to hotel - Fantastic communication prior to arrival. Clear directions on where to meet, provided chilled bottled water, safe quick transfer to our hotel and provided basic information on what was around the hotel area.
