Good price deals. - Convenient and good priced tickets. Cheaper than direct purchase price. Would certainly recommend Viator and use this in the future.

Great Experience - Both children expressed great joy and satisfaction with the World of Coca-Cola museum. Being able to skip the line was excellent as it kept the kitties from being agitated and tired from standing in line.

Worth the money - The tasting room was the best part. Sampling all the international Coke flavors was a lot of fun for myself and daughter.

Sensory overload - Fun amd informative. Enjoyed identifying the smells. Gets crowded because they herd you all together for an introduction and video. Serious sensory overload. I think kids will enjoy it. But kids with ADHD will be a challenge and any who are sound or light sensitive.Difficult if you have an allergy because there are no ingredients lists in the tasting room.

Fun time - Would have been 5 stars but half of museum was close due to a waterpipe break. Museum was full of fun facts and hands on experiences.

No interest - Unnecessary visit, keep your money. We are shown an advertising film for 10 minutes, well we have the same thing on the TV during the commercials. Then we pass into rooms which are not designed to receive dozens of visitors at the same time. Large walls with photos explaining who discovered the formula for Coke. Drawers to open to see information so if everyone opens the drawers and then reads the visit never ends. Everything is in English, no audio guide. The tasting at the end, in a large room, with distributors with products from around the world, you really have to be a soda fan to appreciate it. Then the store with many products more or less expensive. For the photo with the bear you have to fall at the right times. Not counting the $20 parking. No information on bottling.

It’s messed up . No one is helping to make it right. This is $80. . I don’t have to give it away. Please help - I was told by World of Coca Cola I could change my date for the service. Now no one is helping me . I have grandkids sitting restlessly waiting for someone to help. I’m not stupid . I was told it would be no problem go online change day and get guided tour. Now I’m unable to get help.

Bummer - Unable to go to World of Coca Cola the day scheduled. Called to go the next day but they wouldn’t allow it. Wasted my money in two tickets. Very disappointing!

Disorganized, sticky, chaos - I visited about 10 years ago and I thought it was such a neat place and fun. I was pretty excited to visit again with my husband. Sadly, this has changed and not for the better. Hearded cattle to a quick overview and then shuffled to watch a 6 minutes video on something? Maybe Coca-Cola? Maybe not? I am just not sure. At that point I knew we were doomed. Complete money grab and waste of time. Finally got upstairs to the tasting area. Could not even get close to a sip of anything. Went back downstairs and wanted to leave.Told we had to go back upstairs and through the tasting area and gift shop-of course. Thanks Coca-Cola….I think I will drink Pepsi from now on.

I was not able to take the tour and was denied a refund, even though I requested the refund immediately after purchasing - I was not able to take the tour and was denied a refund, even though I requested the refund immediately after the purchase. The reasoning was because I was not able to give 24 hour cancellation notice but there was absolutely no issue taking my money and denying my refund with less than 24 hours.
