  • More than half of the tour takes place outside, allowing you to breathe fresh air, and every stop provides restroom facilities for handwashing.
  • Smoking is not allowed on the bus.
  • Remember to bring your signed waiver with you.
  • Bring a phone charger to use the shuttle’s phone outlets and consider bringing food/drinks for snacking during your drive to/from the wineries.

The tour was great, the tour guide and. Pam was amazing, and our group mingled well together. Each vineyard had its own uniqueness too it which made it a great experience.

The excursion was well organised with time enough for every stop. If I may suggest something .... I think it would be a good idea, during the way, to screen something about history, economy, traditions, typical food and things to do and to see about Atlanta. It would add value to the trip and it would be an interesting way for spending driving time

Honestly, this was the pretty classless experience...and when i say that, I mean the business ethics of the owner. Our Driver, Pam was actually very sweet and so concerned for our wellbeing she appeared a little skittish. Unfortunately, about an hour into our commute we got into an accident with another vehicle on a busy street. we had to pull over into a turning lane and wait for police. i have the report to prove that. everyone was fine 'in theory' but someone complained of neck pain from whiplash while i personally was thrown face first into the chair in front of me from the force. i have pictures to support that. however, that wasnt the worst part. what happen next was ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE! now again, outside of the accident, pam is NOT to blame for the experience. This raggedy company did absolutely NOTHING of value to assist us in need. after the police left we attempted to drive to find that the bumper was cutting into the tire making it smoke up. pam called her employers to which they offered NO AID. NO CONTINGENCY PLAN. how is it they are responsible for shuttling patrons but dont have a plan in place for human error? they couldnt offer us another bus because for some odd reason they only had TWO in the whole company. we literally had to figure it out ourselves! Noone assisted pam on HOW THE WORLD WE (ALL 11 OF US ) WOULD EVEN BE GETTING HOME! noone offered to pay for ubers or anything. we were so far uber was 75!! we had a patron call enterprise to see if a sprinter was avail the company could pay for (unfortunately not) but we as CUSTOMERS should NOT have been left to try and FIX YALL MISTAKE, LACK OF CARE, LACK OF PREPAREDNESS from a so called business. we ended up going to a dealership in Forsyth (that only did general service not even collision) and they helped us out in a 'dukes of hazard' way where they used THEIR truck to pull our bumper out flush with the van so it wouldnt hit our tire. we should NOT have had to beg strangers that owed us NOTHING to help us. there was alot of women and thankfully 3 men. this company was willing to damn near strand a bunch of women on a busy roadway and for what? we did continue the trip and it was lovely. my group was lovely. but this company should be ASHAMED. they didnt even have the DECENCY TO CONTACT ANYYYY OF THE PATRONS (we keep in touch) to ASK if we are OKAY. to OFFER COMPENSATION. offer CONSOLATION.. nothing. NOTHING at all. you know what? im taking this comment to BBB as well.

When I attended this tour our driver got into an accident. We had to wait for the police. There was an issue with the bumper scraping the tire and the smell of smoke filled the bus. We had to pull over Into a car dealership and some gentlemen helped us for free. The detour took about two hours for us to get to our destination. We were still able to finish the tour and enjoyed our time. I do not blame the driver. I do however take issue that the company did not have a contingency plan set up in case of emergency’s Like this. The driver was left with no communication and no back up. There was no back up bus to help us reach our original starting point. There was no road side assistance that could have been called to help with any mechanical issues. It felt as if the driver had to fend for their self while management tried to protect its business instead of making the consumers feel cared for and protected. I understand a waiver was signed but compensation or communication from the company in regard to the accident would have made me rate them higher.
