Great Way to Overview Athens Area - The Red Route covers all the historic sites and venues within Athens, while the Green Route covers the Piraeus port area and the Purple Route tours the Greek Riviera. Busses were scheduled on the half hour during January, but there seemed to be many more busses on the road because waits were very quick. Good value for money. The "Red Route" is a must do!

Great way to sightsee - Great bus for hopping on and off. Value for money. My only critique is that the bus did not slow down enough to take photos - hence the reason why it’s a Hop on and hop off. Purchased the 48 hour option.

Hop On Off buses weren’t running when I got to Athens - Got to Athens and found out that the operator was not running the buses due to technical difficulties. I went into the shop that was selling tickets and they called the operator (even the seller wasn’t informed). They hadn’t run the day before either. Went sure when they would. Had to pay for another hop on bus for my tour. Expecting Viator to give a full refund when I return home from vacation.

Racist staff. - I was not allowed on the bus at 9am on the acropolis. Agent was racist. I walked away. Do not book if you are a woman with a headscarf on your head. Racism very rife.
