• Corinth Canal - The driver will meet guests at their hotel at 08:00 hrs to depart for Mystras, traveling along the highway to Peloponnese. After approximately a one-hour drive, the group will arrive at the Corinth Canal for a brief stop to rest and take photos. The canal’s iron bridge was the sole road access to Peloponnese until the new Rio-Antirrio bridge opened in August 2004, located about an hour and a half drive to the east. Mid-sized cruisers and smaller vessels still navigate the narrow canal to transition from the Aegean Sea to the Ionian Sea, shortening their lengthy voyages.

• Museum of the Olive and Greek Olive Oil - The next stop is in Sparta to view the Statue of Leonidas and visit the unique Museum of Olive Oil of Sparta, which showcases the remarkable history of olive production in Greece.

• Archaeological Site of Mystras - The journey continues to the nearby magnificent Byzantine town of Mystras.
