Smooth Sunday funday in Thermopolae and Delphi - Had a great time with Peter ! He was on time, and was ready to with information for our drive to Thermopolae. He was able to connect the dots between Marathon, Thermopalae, and the end of the invasion. After Thermopolae had a pleasant drive to Delphi, and were able to see the sights there. There is a lot to see in the Delphi site, and I used the Rick Steves guide which goes step by step through the site. Not necessary if you just want to see the site. After Delphi had a great lunch and smooth ride back to Athens. Very professional tour. Thanks!

The most learned guide I've ever met - Our guide Yannis Konstandopoulos, is a very cultured person, explained in Spanish and English all our questions and told us about the whole history of Thermopylae and Delphi. He took many pictures, gave us typical desserts and finally took us to a place of delicious Greek food with an unbeatable view! We are very happy, 100% recommended.

Private Delphi and Thermopylae Tour - Peter was our driver for our Private Delphi and Thermopylae All Day Tour. It was a wonderful way to explore these areas outside of Athens. He was very attentive and provided us with refreshing cold water, cookies and great conversation and a lot of history for our ride to Thermopylae and Delphi. He arranged for us to have a delicious lunch with the most spectacular views. On the ride home, he stopped for coffee for the ride home. I will definitely recommend this trip to friends who travel here.

A great way to see more of Central Greece and some stunning historical sites - There is a lot of driving involved. It is 3 hours to Thermopylae and the battle site is not restored. But they have a nice visitor center with a 3-D video explaining the battle. We then visited the actual Hot Gates (sulpher springs). From there we headed to Delphi. We stopped for lunch in the village outside Delphi where the former residents of the actual site were relocated because of the Delphi excavations. An adorable town and the restaurant was outstanding with a view of the Agean. Out guide was an amazing young woman with multiple degrees including a PHd. The museum is a must-see and the site is nestled at the base of the mountains with a sweeping view unspoiled since ancient times. A sacred site so very well done. Then another 3 hours back to Athens. We left at 0830 and returned at 2030. George was a wonderful driver and we all had a lovely time (group of 9). Note: there is some walking up many stairs so this is for the more physically capable. However, those in our group who did not want to do all of the walking could continue to tour the museum and then go to a shaded and cooler cafe with a view of the valley and the sea.
