• Galatas - Galatas is a charming coastal town in the Attica region, situated directly across from Poros, separated by a narrow strait. Regular ferry services connect Galatas to Poros.
  The journey from Athens to Galatas is approximately 160 km, taking around 2 hours and 30 minutes. Ferries depart every half hour throughout the year. The Galatas to Poros trip takes 5 minutes and costs 4€ for both a person and a car. Alternatively, you can cross to Poros by boat (1€/person, 5-minute trip, for passengers only) with continuous departures.

• Poros Town - Poros is a perfect destination for watersports and activities like swimming. Visit the beaches at Mikro Neorio, Megalo Neorio, and Limanaki tis Agapis (meaning ‘The Cove of Love’). Enjoy diving in the clear waters and sailing around nearby islands and the Peloponnese coast. Explore the inland by biking and hiking through Poros’ pine forests.
