Our shop stands in the very same street where the second and third generations founded the Polykala Distillery.

Today, the Polykalas Distillery continues its operation in Athens. Rena, a fourth-generation distiller along with her father Giorgos, carries on with the production of various spirits with great zest and ardor, catering to a clientele that extends across Greece. The cherished liqueur recipes from V. Polykalas, the great-grandfather, are still in use with the same devotion. These recipes have been christened as the ‘1897 Polykalas Collection’. They have adapted to the changing times, the tastes have evolved, and soared in popularity, the packaging has received a luxurious makeover, and new products and suggestions have surfaced. The name ‘Polykalas’ is now synonymous with premier quality and exceptional taste.
