Best museum I visited in December - Beautiful small museum with nice layout and beautiful exhibits. Some video exhibits as well. Not crowded and full of bus tourists. Would be nice if the National museum gave them all the exhibits to display since we can't see them there in December. Cute cafe and gifts shop, friendly staff.

Don't miss this museum! - My wife and I just loved this museum. It was so interesting we went back twice. Be sure to check out the lovely café on the ground floor. Good food and good wine at ideal prices. Oh, and make sure you get to the top floor for its wonderful presentation of life, marriage and death in Classical Greece. It's worth the price of admission alone. Go!

A gem off the beaten track - A hidden gem of Greek life and art of the Cyclades. Wonderful. Uncrowded. Great art. Lovely building. Toney neighborhood near lots of other museums and embassies, including the US.

Rich collection - Museum located in a small street near the parliament. Entry €12 but included in the i-venture card (just show the qr-code at reception). Rich collection on the 4 levels of the building. It is well laid out and easy to visit. On the ground floor a very pleasant little tea room.

Interesting but too expensive - Very interesting museum with great exhibits. Beautifully decorated and clean. Very helpful and polite staff. But I think the entrance is too expensive... luckily the kids are free but I think the parents are put off by the 16 euro ticket and it's a shame. Maybe one day, for example on Sunday, the ticket for families should be cheaper.

Small but informative - We only had time for the permanent collection before closing. It's a small space on multiple floors but packs in a lot. You start at the top & work your way down. The gift shop has some unique but expensive pieces.

A bit pointless - Apart from the top floor (an attempt to introduce ancient Greek life) , there's not really anything this museum has that the National Archaeological Museum doesn't have. Just go to the latter and save yourself time and money.
