A great way to see Athens with the kids! - What an awesome way to see Athens! We went on a family food tour with Kate and absolutely loved it! By the time we finished my daughter was holding Kate’s hand like they were old pals and no one could eat anything more - stuffed full of so much incredible food. We loved it-and all the cats!

A great family food tour with Maria - We took a fantastic food tour with Maria last week. The tour lasted about 4 hours and we loved each stop. In addition to the delicious food, we got to see some amazing views of the city and learned a lot about the history of Athens. Maria was great with our children (ages 4/7), who both loved the tour. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Athens and I would highly recommend it for families who are visiting the city!

Family friendly tasty tour - The food tour was amazing, I believe it was Menelaos who was our guide in the morning. She was very polite and made the tour very engaging. With plenty of tasty food and beautiful views to take in along the way. She really bought a different perspective to the city and to the food culture. She was very good with our two children (9 and 10) and really kept them engaged throughout. After this experence I would, without a doubt, recommend this tour for familes with chidren.

Kate took us on a wonderful tour. - Kate was wonderful. Great knowledge of the area and food. Lots of food! We took the tour on our first day in Athens to get a sense of the city (at least the area we were staying in ), which certainly made us feel confident about walking around Athens. The age group was good, and Kate was wonderful, interacting with all of the kids and adults.

A must do family friendly tour in Athens with the most delicious food and great tour guide - We absolutely loved this food tour and it was a highlight of our stay in Athens. Our host Maria was absolutely brilliant, she was kind, competent and a lot of fun. She took us to some authentic places to try the most beautiful Greek foods. She explained to us so much about the history, culture and the food and it was a great sightseeing trip to see the different inner city suburbs. Our 4 year old loved the tour and she tailored everything to meet his moods and hunger levels. I would highly recommend this tour as a must do tour in Athens. I would also recommend not to have any breakfast beforehand if you’re doing the morning tour. We still had food left over for the day after. Thank you again for a great tour

Excellent for the whole family! - This tour was wonderful. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and fun. We learned so much and experienced Athens in a way that we never would have without the tour. It was beyond our expectations. The food was wonderful!

Wonderful private family food walking tour - Kate was such a wonderful, kind, thoughtful guide - like walking with a friend showing our family around her city. We booked a private family morning tour to beat the heat as much as we could - she was very patient and understanding of touring with a child under 5 years old. I highly recommend booking a private a tour if you’re able to for a young family. Someone like Kate permits the space to go at your pace, is engaging with your child, and information is still wonderful to learn from throughout the walking journey. We would book with Kate when we return. Hopefully maybe even see her on an adventure somewhere even!

Fantastic food and walking tour - It was really informative and fun. Morning tour was great to avoid the heat. Make sure you come hungry, there are so much food you won't be able to finish. My suggestion is that you save the koulouri (sesame bread ring) for later, as the big meal at the tavern is very close. Our guide Maria was fantastic, very knowledgeable and great with kids. Gave us many trousers hints and tricks. Also the walk around the "island" neighborhood was fantastic, just beware that there are many steps involved.

Athens Walking Food Tasting Tour - Fun walking tour of Athens, beware there are many steps. You do have a sit down meal so I would recommend not eating too much early on. We had a really nice time and would recommend this tour.
