Full Day Sounio Coastline and Attica Sunset

Sounio - Choose from two options:

• Early departure for a daytime visit
• Late departure to include the sunset
  Departure is at 9 am or 2 pm, depending on your choice.

Depart from Syndagma at 9 am. The journey to Cape Sounio takes you through the upscale, seaside neighborhoods known as “the Athens Riviera.”

Varkiza - The coastline features fish tavernas, luxurious resort-style beaches, and wild, rocky landscapes reminiscent of epic tales. Enjoy a magical stop for beach time (3 hours).

Lunch at an authentic fish restaurant (1 hour).

Temple of Poseidon - Drive along the coastline to the ancient site of Sounio. Visit the 5th-century BC Temple of Poseidon at the edge of Cape Sounion. Experience an incredible sunset if you choose the late departure.

This temple, beyond its historical significance, offers stunning views of the endless blue Aegean Sea and sky.

Ioulis - Drive to the village of Loulida (Loulis). Drop off at the hotel. Enjoy a relaxing pace and prepare for a drive through the island. Savor lunch and a leisurely afternoon walking the narrow streets of an authentic KEA village.
