Aswan tour - Aida was a fantastic tour guide who showed us all around Aswan. The High Dam and Philae temple were both great. I would definitely recommend taking the boat to the Nubian village.

Excellent trip - Michael what’s apped the night before to confirm, which I always like. I had changed the pick up point from the hotel to the Nour el Nil cruise port. I was worried he wouldn’t find it but he did. He arrived on time with his driver and then we started the tour. The driver looked after our suitcases in the boot of his car whilst we walked around. Michael spoke perfect English with an American accent. Very easy to understand, unlike some of the guides. A very nice guy. First stop was the dam which was very interesting. Then went on a small boat to the Philae temple which was very interesting as well. We drove past the unfinished obelisk and chose not to walk about. Michael was full of information but to be honest we only wanted the highlights! I asked if there would be time for us to have a cocktail at the Old Cataract Hotel. We dropped Michael off and the driver picked us up 45 minutes later. The cocktails were very expensive!The driver then took us to the ferry to go across to Elephantine Island. Michael would be my guide of choice for any of the tours. I would definitely recommend this tour if you are in Aswan .

Philea, high dam, unfinished obelisk tour - Micheal was a brilliant guide. Informative, good company and his genuine passion for the historic sights of Philea and the dams and much more. Recomend

Awesome Guide Mina! - Great guide Mina! He gave us a detailed history of the sites with interesting tidbits and also a political background of the high dam. Good finish for our Aswan tour.

Good experience in Aswan - The trip overall is amazing and our guide Michael is a great guide. We skipped the High Dam cuz my friend and I were not interested. We went directly to the Philae Temple before it got too hot. Turned out to be a smart decision. Boat trip was included in our total fee and Michael already arranged for the transit. But we did not like the Nubian who went with us on the boat trying to sell bracelets in the boat. Michael’s introduction at the temple was thorough and he answered many questions from us. He left us for some fifteen minutes to take photos (btw he is a good photographer as well). We went to the unfinished obelisk afterwards and took a glimpse of the site. I think the trip went on more smoothly than we thought and our guide is very flexible about our requirements.

Aswan, an unforgettable experience - Our tour guide was Aida. We had a fantastic time exploring Aswan. We were able to add on more activities. The day went smooth and Aida was a wonderful, kind and knowledgeable guide. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Great trip - Excellent trip around 3 local sites. The high damm is a damm not much to add to that. The temple and the obelisk are what it is all about. Our guide Michael was informative and fun.

Not a private tour - The Philae Temple was impressive and guide knowledgeable. However, ours was supposed to be a "private tour". We were included in a group. As per inclusions, water was to be provided. We were told it was 20LE per bottle

All they do is try to sell me cartouche, perfume and spices - It is not 5-6 hours. Only 3 hours. I chose the 12:00pm option they have but then the guide texted me to ask to change to 10am. I obviously declined because if it worked for my schedule, I would have chosen it myself. Moreover, instead of really touring us the place, the tour guide tried to sell us so many things such as a cartouche made by her. She insisted on taking us to the spice and perfume shops to sell again even though I already declined at least twice. She definitely wasn’t very happy with that - but for god’s sake, I specifally chose to book a tour on Viator to give me a break from those selling schemes. Save your time and money (the prices doesn’t even include ticket entrance fees by the way). The only star that I gave to them is for the fact that I did visit unfinished obelisk, high dam and Philae temple.
