We’ve been going to Egypt several times, however, since we experienced Egypt with Hend, we won’t change guides. This is a beginners itinerary: awesome! After that, there are so many new places you should go… - Day 1 Welcome to land of the Pharaoh’s. Meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport, where Hend will have your visa waiting. We like to travel to the furthest point: anyway we are tired. Instead of wasting one day, we take the short trip to – Luxor. Day 2 Luxor Sightseeing: First Visit Ramesseum Temple in a private vehicle. Explore the mortuary temple that was built by Pharaoh Ramesses II, from the king’s massive, 62-foot (19-mt) memorial statue to a series of intricate reliefs depicting battles and festival scenes. Continue to the Valley of the Nobles, a sprawling collection of tombs that’s far less visited than the Valley of the Kings. Take in scenes of the owners’ daily lives, as well as depictions of the afterlife. Overnight in Luxor - Day 3- Dandara and Abydos: DONT MISS Abydos, the ancient Egyptian believed of god (Lord of the underworld) to be buried there. The temple was built by King Seti I, and completed by King Ramsess II, known as temple of Seti I. It is located in Abydos city about 420 km to the south of Cairo in Sohag Government, and 135 km from Luxor . The paintings of the Gods and Pharaohs on the walls of the Osiris Temple at Abydos are among the most beautifully preserved in Egypt. Then continue to Dendera to visit the Temple of Hathor, goddess of love and joy.The temple is located in Dendera which is situated at the north of Luxor. - Day 4 Embarkation – East Bank Tour Check out from hotel in the morning then transfer to board your Nile cruise to check in. After lunch on board, enjoy the East Bank where visit the Karnak Temples, the greatest example of worship in history and was dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu. It was constructed from the beginning of the Middle Kingdom to the Graeco Roman Kingdom.Then move to Luxor Temple. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner - Day 5 Luxor Nile Cruise Excursions (West Bank) After breakfast on your Nile cruise, take an excursion to the royal cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, Valley of the Kings, then to mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by the architects of the New Kingdom Pharaoh Hatshepsut in the 15th century BC. Head to the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, you will sail to Edfu enjoying a leisurely dinner on board. Overnight on board Nile Cruise. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Optional Hot Air Balloon - Day 6 Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples After breakfast on Nile Cruise, visit the well-preserved Ptolemaic Temple dedicated to Horus at Edfu. Back to your hotel and overnight in Cairo. DONT MISS SERAPEUM - Day 10 Fayoum (Wafi El Rayan)- VALLEY OF YHE WHALES Our representative will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo to enjoy El Fayoum famous sites. From Cairo to Fayoum is about 95 km. Today all visits are in Wadi El Ryan, designated as Protected Area in 1989. We will start our tour to Wadi Hitan Protected Area (Valley of the Whales), about 90 km far from Fayoum.
