Nile Cruise with Abu Simbel + Hot Air Balloon - If you are looking for a Nile cruise with everything (with Abu Simbel, other temples, and hot air ballon) look no further. You've found it. It has a great tour leader. Mohamed Gobran took care of all the logistics and explained the history of Ancient Egypt and its pharaohs and their temples in great detail. Book it and you will not regret it.

An incredible experience 🇲🇽 ⛴️ 🇪🇬 - It is a very complete tour, they distribute the time very well to make the most of the day (You will get up early) But it helps you reach distant and uncrowded temples. The cruise "Queen of Sheba" is beautiful, Everything was very clean, the views were beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. The guide, Mahmoud (Habibi group), was always attentive to our needs, giving clear instructions, patient with our basic English, in generally very friendly and the best thing is that it has a lot of information about your country.

A memorable experience - Ahmed Shawky Ali is an excellent guide. He is clearly an egyptologist with extensive knowledge, love for Ancient Egypt and is very careful with the guests. You're on great hands with him. The food on the boat was very tasty. I enjoyed everything I tried honestly. The cleanliness as well. As I entered the boat I felt like arriving at thr Titanic! The balloon ride? Breathtaking! I strongly recommend you to try this tour! Small tip: if you like quiet nights, be sure to pack some ear plugs. It's just a bit noisy and I'm used to quiet nights so the earplugs helped.

Unforgettable Nile Experience! - We had the pleasure of having Ahmed Shawky Ali as our guide during our four-day Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor — and he was simply outstanding! Super friendly, highly knowledgeable, and always in control, Ahmed took wonderful care of us every step of the way. He brought ancient Egyptian history to life with passion and clarity, making every site even more fascinating. We felt completely comfortable, well-informed, and in the best hands throughout the trip. Thank you, Ahmed, for an unforgettable experience!

Uncomfortable accommodations - The schedule for this cruise is not for the faint hearted. Expect to leave for excursions at 4 and 5 a.m. Our guide Mohammad was very good. Kind and helpful The food on the cruise was good. The to-go breakfast items that we got twice were not so good. Great water pressure on the cruise. Hot water 24/7. The room was fine for 2 people NOT for 3 people. I asked repeatedly prior to the trip for pictures of the cabin. They did not send it to me. They basically shoved an additional twin bed into a room meant for two single beds. We were very cramped and uncomfortable. They also need to have a designated smoking area on the ship's deck.

Bad experience - They changed the date of the cruise at the last minute without giving us any explanation. We had booked hotels and planned the rest of the holiday and this change blew up all our plans

This cruise is in de Nile (denial) (horrible) - This trip could have been a real highlight for our stay in Egypt, but a number of factors made us feel really disappointed. The first negative point is our to guide Mustafa. One of the first things he asked from us was $15 in tips per person. It became apparent this was because his behaviour would make it impossible to want to tip him. He was very uninterested and unwelcoming throughout the whole trip. It was also difficult to ask him questions as when we asked, he made us feel like we had asked very stupid questions and got annoyed that we didn’t already know the answer. His behaviour really ruined the trip for us. The second negative point was the food. Although there was a really good variety of options ,even for the vegetarian people of the group, the hygiene of the food wasn’t up to scratch. We found multiple hairs and a fly in the food and we ended up getting really sick too - which is the first time in 2 years of travelling the world that this has happened. Other people in the group also ended up getting sick from the food. This is labelled as a 4 day cruise however we were only actually sailing for around 1 day and remained docked for the first 2 days. This meant that sitting by the pool was ruined by sounds of traffic, gas smells and men on the street shouting at us constantly. Another negative point is the wifi. We were expecting there to be wifi on the cruise however we found out on arrival you could only buy an eSIM. These eSIMs where at a much higher price then online ones making them really unaffordable. On the final morning we were meant to get up early to do a hot air balloon (one of the main reasons we chose this trip) but the night before it got cancelled. We were expected to organise our own refunds and were told we would now have to check out by 6.30am. We also received no apology for this. Overall the trip could have been a lovely relaxing part of Egypt however it was filled with stress and being made to feel like we were constantly being let down. This is all a shame as the boat staff were lovely to us and the actual cruising down the Nile is beautiful as well as the incredible sites we got to visit. However there are lots of other options to see these sites with far better tour guides.

Awful. Avoid avoid avoid - Not sure how this tour provider has so many positive reviews. Maybe something has changed in the ownership. But we booked this solely based on the reviews and disappointment doesn’t do justice as a word for our experience. The description did not match reality. Abu Simbel was not as advertised “small group” unless you consider 50-60 people a small group. Accompanied by one tour guide and no mic or individual hearing aids. Shouting and unable to be heard at the back. The boat was beyond basic and dilapidated with a sewage smell emanating from the bathrooms. We were asked to pay all entrance fees up front (even if you didn’t want to do all the excursions) and I believe the price was inflated by at least 10-15 USD pp. the only positive experience of our 4 days was the staff on board the ship. They were polite, hard working and always went over and beyond. I sincerely hope they get the extra 15 USD we tipped to the tour guide directly (again per person) as that represents a lot of local money for those hard working staff. I cannot possibly recommend the guide or the ship. Go elsewhere. This is a failing company.
