Guests will be picked up in San Sebastian to explore, with the assistance of our guide, the secrets of this ancient beverage deeply connected to the Basque Country, its culture, and gastronomy. Visitors will tour the apple orchards, farmhouse presses/stores, cider-making areas, and cellars, and naturally, sample homemade cider as crafted by the Basques: in the bottle and through the “Txotx” ritual.

¡Txoootx! is an invitation to savor natural cider directly from the barrels while enjoying a traditional cider house menu. During the Txotx ritual, guests will taste cider from various barrels in the cellars of our cider houses while relishing a traditional cider house menu. There will be free time to enjoy the delicious cider house menu.
