My husband and I enjoyed the Half Day Hike-Waterfall Tour very much! It was the highlight of our time in Asheville. David is a very knowledgeable guide and we had a great experience with him. He took us on a hike to a beautiful waterfall in the national forest and pointed out a wealth of plant species to us during the hike. David took a lot of time with us and provided opportunities to see different areas along the drive. And, we certainly enjoyed the homemade cookies! Highly recommend!

David was a fantastic guide!! Very knowledgable about the different vegetation and wildlife and the history of the area. I would highly recommend this tour!!

We only participated in hiking yet David was a very excellent tour guide who knew an abundance of information about the history of trails, type of vegetation growing in the surrounding area and of course extremely knowledgeable of the locations of some of the most beautiful waterfalls North Carolina has to offer. Provided complimentary water and snacks to enjoy during the advantage. I would highly recommend a full day if you are contemplating between a half of of a day or full on due to the fact of how fun getting to some of the locationsare. Some of those said locations will require a little leg work and a little patience since you will be so eager to see nature’s beauty but it is all worth it once you reach water. We had the most exciting and informative day with David. The waterfalls were breathtaking and well worth the short hikes to them. One day I will be back for the full day hike.
