Superb safari experience - We had a fantastic, unforgettable and seamless experience thanks to Colours Africa! This was our first safari ever, and I am glad we decided to hire Colours Africa services to cater for it - all the accommodations and meals were well above our expectations, and our driver Dennis was great, knowledgeable and friendly! Do yourself a favour and book your safari with them, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful time discovering Tarangire park and Ngorongoro Crater - I'm very happy to have booked with Colours of Africa for a safari that included Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. Godlisten worked with me to accomodate my schedule, organizing pick up at the JRO airport upon arrival and drop off at the Arusha airport at the end. The hotels weren't very glamorous but good for the price, as was the food. We ended up seeing 4/5 of the Big Five (will have to come back for the rhino!) Our guide Simon was very knowledgable, pointing out animals whenever they were around. We saw wildebeests and zebras being chased by a hyena, buffalos, hippos chillin, warthogs, bushbucks, elands, hartebeests, waterbucks, kudu, Thomson’s gazelles, jackals, servals, troops of baboons and vervet monkeys, flamingos, vultures, Grey crowned cranes, ostriches and a bizillion other birds, tons of lions… We were even lucky enough to see a much rarer leopard along the road in the crater highlands. Amazing experience overall and would definitely recommend!

Awesome safari! - This trip was great. 2 days for the serengeti park is enough in my opinion. It would only be worth adding a day at Ngorongoro Crater but maybe next time! It is worth appreciating the guide and at the same time our driver who was always eager to tell various interesting facts about the animals and the surrounding area, and always stopped a car as long as we wanted to take the photos of animals we met along the way. There was no rush or strict schedule. We came back from the safari even an hour later than originally planned! :) Of course I have to mention our cook as well. Unlike most other safaris, where people only got sandwiches and fruits prepared in advance, in this case we had fresh and warm dishes prepared on a regular basis, which was a very nice convenience. However, I regret that those two days have passed so quickly, but I will try to come back to see the crater!

Incroyable - Our experience in Tanzania with Colours Africa Tours exceeded our expectations. We had the best guide: Omar, you are an amazing human being and your passion about wildlife and Tanzania is highly contagious! We chose the 3 days safari (Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Hot Springs in Chemka): there is not one day where our mind wasn't blown away. The animals, the landscapes, the energy, the people... A warm thank you to Hamisi, Godlisten and their team for making our dream come true. Logistics worked perfectly, we were taken care of like queens. Nakupenda Tanzania :)

Amazing - Words cannot explain how amazing and organised this safari tour was! First of all, they allowed us to customise our tour and took into account that places that we wanted to visit. Our first day we went to ngorongoro crater and got the chance to see all kinds of animals lions, zebras, elephants to name some. The guide stopped and allowed us to see the animals. We stopped at a nice spot to have the lunch that was packed for us. On our second day we went Materuni waterfalls with our guide Joelle, he was very friendly, informative and helpful on our to the waterfall, definitely would recommend him as a guide. We learned about how coffee is made and had the chance to drink the coffee as well. The whole experience was memorable thanks to our guides.

Unbelievable experience! - We chose a 3 day safari trip, Day 1: Tarangire National Park, Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater, Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park. Simon was assigned our guide for all 3 days and we stayed overnight at Twiga lodge. We were greeted warmly by Godlisten at Arusha airport and met at the end of our trip (and dropped off at the airport). All parks were very different and each well worth a trip to, however it was the people that made the trip so amazing! SIMON is an amazing 5* guide, not only is his subject knowledge excellent and totally up to date, but his knowledge and his interest extends beyond the safari animals to all of the surrounding nature. Theres rarely a question he cannot answer - and believe me we asked loads. When uncertain, he has the humility to admit that he doesn’t know and will research into it, returning quickly with an answer.   His genuine total respect for the animals and indeed the whole environment is impressive!  What stands out most is his enthusiasm, sense of humour, love of the animals (they come first) and genuine love of his own profession. We were treated like royalty by all staff, at Twiga Lodge, and they were so genuinely nice people. Rooms are clean - nice shower, clean sheets and towels - just what you want. We had been on safari all day. It was lovely to be greeted by the receptionist JACQUELINE, who showed us around. It was lovely to see the welcoming swimming pool and even nicer to be assigned our very own chef for the evening - FAUSTINE SONGA . The food was perfect, he cooked us the best soup we have both ever tasted / pumpkin soup, WOW! It is impossible (and we tired) to find a better Hotel to stay. Great hotel, excellent staff who are genuine and down to earth providing the best service, making you feel special! Give me Twiga (giraffe) lodge any day - just like the giraffe, they reach the highest standards. Godlisten/ Colours Africa provide an exceptional service for a very reasonable price! We would unreservedly recommend them! 5*
