Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant herds. Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, travel to Serengeti National Park for a game drive with picnic lunches. This journey includes a population boom with over 8,000 calves born daily before the 1,000 km (600 miles) pilgrimage begins anew. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Seronera Campsite.

Serengeti National Park - Spend the entire day in the park, starting at sunrise. Enjoy a full day game drive exploring the beautiful Serengeti scenery, searching for the Big Five. Lunch will be served at camp, followed by an afternoon drive. Beyond large mammals, the park is home to colorful agama lizards, rock hyraxes, 100 varieties of dung beetle, and over 500 bird species, including ostriches and secretary birds. After lunch, continue the afternoon game drive until time runs out. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the campsite.

Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater - After a hot breakfast, tour a local Maasai boma. The Maasai people maintain much of their traditional lifestyle. During the visit, learn about Maasai culture and participate in activities like singing, dancing, herding cattle, milling, and creating fires with animal dung and acacia trees. Lunch will be at a location chosen by your guide. You’ll have time to take photos and purchase authentic Maasai crafts.
The guide will then drive you back to Arusha. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Ngorongoro Crater - Tanzania’s natural heritage shines through the wonders of a Ngorongoro Crater safari. With the world’s largest preserved volcanic caldera, this UNESCO World Heritage Site offers an incredible wildlife theater. For close encounters with the “Big Five” and numerous other species amidst stunning scenery, descend to the crater’s floor. Lake Manyara National Park
Lake Manyara National Park - After breakfast, you will be picked up from your accommodations and driven to Lake Manyara National Park (approximately 30 minutes). The park is a photographer’s paradise, offering some of the best game viewing in the world. Expect to see many of Africa’s iconic animals, with tree-climbing lions being a special highlight. These proud predators lounge in acacia trees, practically begging to be photographed.
Birdwatchers will find Lake Manyara delightful, with a vast array of birds on display. Even beginners will be amazed by large flamingo flocks, circling birds of prey, and the vibrant lilac-breasted roller. Lunch will be served in the park at 1300 hours. You’ll return to Arusha in the afternoon.

Materuni Waterfalls - After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha. First, visit the waterfalls, which are about a 40-minute walk away. Along the way, your guide will share insights about local culture, village life, and the surrounding flora and fauna.
The views here are breathtaking—with some luck, you will see the summit of Kilimanjaro. The pool at the waterfall’s base is an inviting spot for a refreshing swim, so remember your swimwear!
After enjoying the scenery, return with your guide to Materuni village, where you will experience a traditional Chagga lunch.
