An incredible wildlife experience. - Burigi Chato Tours did a good job at showing me all the sites and animals on the Serengeti and other Parks. The Drivers were sharp-eyed and informative. The fact that they had an option to start in Mwanza and finish in Arusha added to my experience. I had one driver for the first 2 days, and another for the remaining days. I have to note that my first driver was absolutely incredible...A true professional and I applaud him. On my trip I saw nearly 2,000 Wildebeest on a river-crossing, packs of elephants, prides of lions, many water buffalo, zebras, giraffes, hippos, hyenas. Many types of gazelles and antelope, including impala, Thomson gazelle, bushbuck, elands and topi, we saw baboons, ostrich, many types of birds, foxes, jackals, warthogs, a leopard, a cheetah and many more. Almost too much to take in. Amazing!!

Amazing Tanzania - Due to the time of the year the big animals were a little patchy in Burigi Chato National park- we could go for one hour and only see antelope and zebras- we did see everything we wanted to see with the exception of a leopard and rhino.

The best time to visit Burigi Chato National Park - Tanzania is a beautiful country. If it's wildlife spotting you're after, try the Burigi Chato National Park - it's the country's second-largest national park. Summer lasts between February and june so I would recommend going outside of those months as it can get extremely hot.

Burigi Chato National park Tour - During our trip in Burigi chato national park we had the opportunity to do game safari which was our first activity, In particular we beloved the walking safari, the canooe safari and the boat safari in the burigi river, which is for sure our preferred place in Tanzania for kind of animals and birds, scenery, sunsets on the river

Wildlife experince - The wildlife experience was wonderful and interesting. The weather was good with a light rain each morning before sunrise. Our guide, Joseph was charming, informative and extreemly well informed about the animals in the park. I was very impresssed with the ecology and conservation practices of the guides in the park. The food was great and the overall experience wonderful. I would recommend this safari to others with Burigi Chato Safari Co LTD.

Fantastic Trip - I had a really wonderful trip at an easy pace, experiencing good accommodation, friendly and informative hosts. The game viewing was excellent, and the bushcraft and skills of our guides was first class. we saw a pride of lions with some cubs devouring a kill. The following day, we saw the same pride totally relaxed and sleeping off their meal in the shade of the bushes

My Tanzania budget Safari - I did Serengeti safari when I was Mwanza, it was a 4 days Serengeti great wildebeest migration Safari , I spend 4 days in Serengeti whereby 2 full days was spent in Northern Serengeti for witnessing the Mara river crossing .i get what I was dreaming to see. After game drive I passed Ngorongoro back to Arusha and fly to Zanzibar. If you have tours in Mwanza and you fly back from Kilimanjaro Airport, start with Serengeti and end with Ngorongoro, Tarangire or Lake Manyara.

Amazing mwanza - After landing at Mwanza Airport we were picked up by a guide from the company who at that moment was instructed to take us to the hotel. The next day we went to Chato where we paid at the company’s office and started embarking on our Safari Game Drive. We arrived at our accommodation in the night and got in the hot showers then set for dinner. The next day we did game drive and saw a lot of animals including some unique giant antelopes which we were told are only found in this park. At the evening we went back to the camp where we did a bonfire then had dinner and sleep. The following day we exited the park going to the Airport to fly to Dar es Salaam. Our guide was professional and the park was convenient way to see the wildlife in Tanzania because of our budget, time and flight connections.
