Having run and managed numerous fitness firms in London over the past two decades, I revisited Arundel in the Summer of 2017, a charming English locale that played a significant role in my childhood holidays. I was immediately captivated by the rustic charm of this medieval town located in West Sussex.

Such was its allure that it has become my second home, visiting it every alternate weekend. It’s here that we are introducing our premier fitness boot-camp weekend in December 2017.

In January 2018, we have plans to roll out a comprehensive one-on-one personal training service covering all dimensions of health and wellness for all the local residents.

With a wealth of experience, a positive attitude, and having worked with diverse clientele across the globe, I’ve truly seen it all in terms of health, well-being and training, which remains my core passion.
