Good experience - Interesting. Dani was my tour guide and it was one to one. I didn’t realise there were so many different types of banana! It’s not too far from Arucas , so easy to go to and walk into Arucy afterwards.

Organic banana plantation – an ancient tradition in modern times! - We really liked the tour on the banana plantation. A lot has been learned, for example, how bananas grow and the stages they go through. Especially exciting: the comparison of the banana plant with human pregnancy. It was also surprising how many different banana varieties there are and which are ultimately edible. Our guide has brought us fantastic, with lots of information, lots of interaction and humor through an approximately 45 minute guided tour. We loved it, as did the group dynamics! The tour was in English, there are others in Spanish. Even with little knowledge of English, the tour is easy to do! Finally, there was a delicious tasting with regionally produced products made from banana, including jams, liqueurs and even wine and secco. Overall, a really nice and recommendable experience that gives a fantastic insight into regional organic farming – deliberately organic, since no artificial insecticides or fertilizers are used here, but the cycle of the banana plant is the focus!

Experience in an amazing place - Very good guided tour by Julio, a special person in terms of everything he conveyed to you. It was an unforgettable experience since without being aware of how a banana plantation works I was pleasantly surprised. A very manual work of which you have to value the product that comes to our homes.
