As soon as we came out of... - As soon as we came out of customs, our driver was waiting for us with our name on an iPad. Within 10 minutes we were in route to the hotel, with cold water in hand. Driver was courteous and very helpful, and the air conditioning was awesome. We comfortably passed all the people in line for taxis. Highly Recommend

Would use over and over again - Great experience! Our driver was waiting for us exactly where they said they would be, with cold bottles of water. He then took us directly to an air conditioned van. He was very friendly and courteous. For the return trip, we screwed up and had to completely change our pick up time by 3 hours. We didn't figure this out until almost 11pm the night before...I called right away and they made everything right without any issues or even seeming slightly upset at us. Then we asked our driver to stop at the "I Love Aruba" sign on the way to the airport and he was like sure no problem, do you wanna stop any where else? Will definitely use them again!!

Perfect company for airport transportation and excursions! - We have used your services in the past and have always been very pleased. This time was no exception. Jerry was waiting for us as we entered the Arrival Hall. He was right where my instructions told me that he would be. He greeted us with a smile and a warm handshake. He also gave us each a cold bottle of water. Jerry drove us to our resort without any issues. I told him that I would like to request Jerry to be the person that picks us up at our resort to take us back to the airport on May 30. Jerry had told me he would pick us up at noon time but we are wondering if he can pick us up at 11 AM? They do not allow any late checkouts and 11 AM is their checkout time. We recommend your company to any friends who visit Aruba. Keep up the great job!!

Exceeded expectations - Great experience for us. Driver was waiting outside customs and was very friendly. Nice air conditioned van. On our day of departure, the driver was early and again very friendly. Would highly recommend this company.

Fantasy to the rescue! - Fantasy Tours are AMAZING! I accidentally booked my transportation for the wrong day. Once I got to the airport, I didn’t see my name in any personalized signage. I asked the representative for Fantasy Tours what was going on. She took my booking number and told me that my booking was for the next day but no worries a driver was coming. A driver literally showed up in about 7 minutes.
