Leroy was a tremendous... - Leroy was a tremendous guide. Very friendly and informative. There were only two of us on the tour and we got a lot of personal attention.

Best Birthday ever! - Absolutely amazing!! We had the best time. What a beautiful island Aruba is. We saw the entire North shore, would love to do it again tomorrow!!

The only company I use - Every time I cruise to Aruba I use AGW Tours! I always recommend them to friends and family as well. This excursion was our favorite! We were the only ones on this tour! I book with them because I like the more personable tours, never had we have more than 20 in a group during other tours they provide. Aruba is safe to book third party from cruise lines - just do it! Ask for Milton, great guy!

UTV with Palm Tours, must do - Did a great, adventurous and exciting UTV tour. Jeyson was a great tour guide with lot’s of knowledge and funny jokes. We had the combo trip.

North Coast tours are a ton of fun. - Visiting the historical monuments was extremely informative. Getting to the sites was a lot of fun on the utes.

Great ATV your around Aruba - The trip was great. Visited Natural Bridge, the rugged coastline, lighthouse, swam at a beach along the west coast and drive thru the hotel district. Actually broke the ATV on the rough terrain - only one rear tire was driving the ATV and then it wouldn’t start. Probably need some maintenance. Guide felt pretty bad - was not his fault.

Bad equipment - Our guide Milton was very good. However the UTV vehicle was really bad. It was falling apart. It died once and we had to wait 20 minutes. The second time it died altogether and we had to wait for the company bus. We feel like we should get a 50% refund as we were only able to go half the speed of anyone else.

Picture of equipment not true - I chose this company because of the reviews and pictures of UTV equipment. I have many back issues and wanted to be in equipment that was newer and would provide better stability and comfort. Our experience was much different than the provided pictures. None of the UTVs were newer than 10 years. Missing mirrors, My wife and I had the "best of the UTVs" because our daughters and SILs stated that our UTV would "glide" over the bumps as theirs would bounce and bang with every road undulation. We were late in starting our tour due to a late morning start from a cruise excursion (Another reason to hate the large cruise boats). Our afternoon tour was modified (shortened) to accommodate the cruise ship tour without a reduction in cost. Not one piece of equipment shown on their website was accurate, it must have been from when the company first started 20 years ago. The bus that picked us up sounded like it would die at any time during the transport from our hotel and back. The equipment was subpar as there were constant issues related to starting the UTVs at each stop and keeping them running. Overall, we did have a good time on the tour as this was my and my wife's first time experiencing this type of tour. Patrick, our guide was informative and fun during the tour. Every person involved was attentive to our needs. I just wish that every piece of equipment was as described on their website and TripAdvisor.

Get reliable vehicles - Please note our tour guide was fantastic. The UTV’s were not. Our oil light was on for most of the trip and to get it into gear you had the rock the UTV to get it to click into place. The tour guides UTV broke down at the end of the tour and we had to pull onto a sidewalk to wait for help. It made us late for dinner. A partial refund would be nice.
