Worth it - Best trip ever. Our tour guide, Amine, was very knowledgeable and also professional. He made the trip very interesting despite the long drive to and from Normandy. The site was beautifully done and very touching. The museum was amazing with lots of history to take on. Overall, well worth it. We loved it.

One-Day tour to Normandie - An historical must see one day trip with minivan from Paris to Normandie and some of the many viewpoints from D-day such as landing beaches Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach as well as the American Cemetery. Perhaps we where not that lucky with the weather during this day, but it was very authentic. Our guide was very engaged in his tripmembers, very skilled in the history of the visited landmarks. The buss trip itself took like 4 hours driving one way, but it felt it ended in a glimse with our driver always making sure we where all ok. Stronly recommend this tour if you are in Paris and want to spend one day at some great landmarks in Normandie

“A Day of Days” - It’s very important to be on time, especially if you’re going on a long all day trip. And should there be last minute changes in your trip itinerary, you will need to be flexible.

Normandy trip with Serge, the best tour guide in France. - We had an excellent guide, Serge took such great care of us, to the point where we vividly lived the 6 June. I would use prance Tourisme without any hesitation!!’

Interesting with improvement to do. - Very interesting tour. However, the guide did not have an audio system in the van. Passengers in the rear had difficulty hearing.

I love the places we saw... - I love the places we saw and learned a lot by reading. The tour guide was basically a driver and did not provide us with much historical information. When we stopped for lunch, many of the restaurants were closed. I also wonder why he could not drop us off near our hotel since it was on the route back. We can all save money.

Too short/too quick - The tour is very good. I wish we could have stayed longer and gone into a few of the museums that we drove by and were told they were there. More time would have been better.

Falta de respeito. No respect. - They ruined my trip to Europe. I was dreaming about the trip to the beaches of Normandy and D-day. I bought the pass two months before the trip, but a week before departure they told me that the trip would not take place that day and they told me to choose another one!!!! I had already scheduled and bought other tours, I even gave two date options, but they said I couldn't. The question is, why didn't they tell me before to schedule it? Why did it take almost two months to say that I couldn't on that date? I had to ask for the money back and I couldn't take the trip I dreamed of. Never again. The worst.

Horrible. - I have been a client at France Tourisme since 2018 (recommendation and gifts of various and varied services) very disappointed by this visit than by the car mainly (6 hours at least Round trip). My worst disappointment was the lunch service I paid for 3 people about 60 euros. FT has allocated only one totally insufficient hour for lunch at its restaurant provider with a complicated 1-server Service only for a room with more than 16 tables of 4. We ate the starter in an hour. When, in good faith, I made a complaint to FT despite my Loyalty, FT preferred to give Reason to its restaurant service provider when the driver had been informed of this calamitous Service. Clients were also witnesses. That's a shame.
