A Family Adventure Begins

As a travel writer and a mother of three, I’m always on the lookout for experiences that combine education with adventure. When I heard about the Paiva River Walkways in Arouca, Portugal, I knew it was a must-visit for my family. It was the perfect spot for a family picnic, where we enjoyed traditional bifana sandwiches and vinho verde, a refreshing local wine.
