The Belatur contact Fernanda was a wonderful communicator from the moment I contacted Belatur to reserve the crossing to morning of my tour to the moment she said goodbye as I boarded the boat to the island. Without her. The day would not have started so well without her WhatsApp communication with me.

Economical option, a place that does not fail - Florianopolis never disappoints! Beaches for all tastes, quiet, with waves, warm and cold waters. With a lot of options when it comes to entertainment. Suitable for all ages. Beautiful to explore but also to stay on the same beach and rest. Accommodations at affordable prices, usually the climate does not deteriorate and if it does it resets quickly. A place where we will always return.

A tour that is completely worth it. - Excellent. Clarity with the instructions for the initial meeting, for the stay on the island and activities, as well as punctuality and security. Good vibes from everyone who was on the boat as well as the main guide (Fernanda) who were very attentive and always willing to help and clarify any questions. The island is spectacular, the time we stayed (approximately 4 hours) is necessary for the stay.

Unimaginable beauty you never knew existed! - This island trip was out of this world. My husband and I could believe how beautiful the island of Campeche was. It was if we were in a tropical movie. The water is crystal clear and everyone help out by keeping the is land clean. All trash brought in had to be taken out of the island to preserve the island. The guides were well informed and made the rules of the island very clear. The island has two food stands. One accepts credit cards the other one does not … that was a bummer for us because we had wasted all our reals. Oh if you are an American 🇺🇸 practice your Portuguese. English is limited or you can use your phones translator.YES there is service on the island! They have clean running water for hand washing and bathroom as well… 😂 one big tip I will offer you is to bring your own beach umbrella. ⛱️ the sun is HOT. 🥵 We also do some people with mini coolers so you can bring your own food and drinks… not sure about alcohol though.😕 I highly recommend taking a trip to the island you will not regret it. The view is breathtaking!!!

Campeche Island, paradise. - Beautiful place, with crystal clear waters and plenty of activities, such as land and underwater trails, as well as archaeological sites to learn and understand a little more about the island's past.

Great tour. - The guide Fernanda was very helpful, keeping communication clear and immediately answering questions via WhatsApp and the sailors were in very good spirits. The trip was great, it was a partially cloudy day, but the water was very clear, but not so blue/green! We spent about 5 hours on the island and managed to snorkel, there weren't many fish, we didn't see any turtles, but the snorkel team was fantastic.

Pure shell, it's not worth it but everyone must draw their own conclusions - The truth is, to be honest, it is a theft, the cost of getting there ranges from 180r to 240r and it is not worth it in my experience, cold water, if transparent but cold, and only these 4 hours on a nice but small beach where they will kill you with the prices. Likewise, everyone has their own experience, I would not return and if you are with children, better take them to BETO CARRERO WORD, you will thank me...

TÁXI SERVICE NOT A TOUR - VIATOR RIP YOU OFF - I will never use viator again. This was sold under the tour section on their pages. It also said English tour guide We were taken over on an old dirty boat. Dumped on a beach with no drinks or food or activities. When we asked if we could leave they said it would be another £70. When we complained the company just didn’t care: I even made a suggestion and asked their definition of a tour but they ignored us I’ve done plenty of boat tours and this wasn’t one Terrible company - worst ‘tour’ I’ve even done. AVOID VIATOR they will RIP YOU OFF

WONDERFUL ISLAND TARGETED BY A TERRIBLE AGENCY - To begin with, the appointment time was 08:00 am. We arrived at the meeting point and there was no one from the agency waiting. The manager arrived 15 minutes later, and told us that we would wait until 08:40 for all the passengers to arrive and then board, which was not notified in the reservation. Subsequently, they make us move to the dock to set sail, where we waited under an unbearable sun with more than 34 degrees, for about 30 minutes, without considering that tourists are not prepared to be exposed to those conditions. Finally, the ship left at 09:30, which was also not reported in the reservation, making the delay and the reason for the early appointment time inexplicable. Despite this terrible initial experience with the agency, the hours we spent on the island were wonderful, the island is paradisiacal, pristine waters, fine white sands, vegetation and fauna. Everything you really expect when you organize your trip to the island. To top off the horrible experience with the agency, they told us that the departure time back to Armação is at 2:00 p.m. sharp and that we would meet 10 minutes before to start boarding the boat, when we arrived to pick it up at 1:00 p.m. :50 this had already set sail and we could see how it was already several meters in, leaving us adrift even though we were written on the passenger manifest. When we reported this problem to those in charge of the island, they told us that they would look for a solution and Lucas, a member of the island staff, informed us that the boat sailed complete, with two people who were not in the group, SO THE BOAT LEFT US HE ABANDONED and set sail with other people who were not us. It is necessary to mention that NO ONE from the agency took responsibility for the error, much less contacted us to apologize. Fortunately, thanks to Lucas's efforts, we were able to return to Armação on another boat from ANOTHER agency. They did not fulfill the promised service, failing to comply with half of the transfer, so I minimally demanded the return of half of the reservation. I leave this as a record that this is a negligent service and little concern for its clients and passengers. It could have been a totally wonderful experience, but we hired Belatur.
