Relive the old Wild West days! - I've been to Williams twice: Jan 2024 and Mar 2025. I enjoyed my trip to this small historic town. During the mining days in the late 1800s, the silver miners would make a railroad stop in Williams for supplies and entertainment. Nowadays you can spend the night at the Red Garter, a former brothel, then next day watch a gunfight reenactment before taking a leisurely train ride to the Grand Canyon. Walking along the main street, you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants. And at the end of town there's an exciting roller coaster type sled ride.

Great comprehensive Grand Canyon tour of the South Rim - I chose to take this tour from the KOA outside of Williams. John was our tour guide. He is terrific. He is very enthusiastic about the Grand Canyon in general and specifically geology. He pointed out many interesting things and even had a rock demonstration which was very helpful explaining the canyon formation and why we see what we do. He was knowledgeable and open to questions. He gave us time to see whatever we might want to see. We did have time to do a little shopping but that was not overwhelming. The lunch was great and it was nice that we were able to have choices. This was a van tour and there were two couples other than myself. I was alone and we were all compatible and had a good time I thought. Would highly recommend.

My mistake was a blessing - Moderate exercise with walking and getting in and out of van. James, the driver most in formative and courteous. Thought I signed up for train ride but this was all inclusive, including lunch. Train ride was just the ride to the park. Highly recommended.

The Perfect Guided Tour of the Grand Canyon - This was the perfect guided tour. Kent, our guide was extremely knowledgeable in both the geographic and history of the Grand Canyon. He took time to explain things to us as we went from stop to stop and did a phenomenal job of just making sure and engaging our seven year-old son. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to sit back and relax and take in one of God‘s marvelous creations.

An amazing Grand Canyon experience - We had an amazing day touring Grand Canyon with Keaton our guide. He was friendly and courteous. Most importantly very knowledgeable of the geology of Grand Canyon and its history. We learned a lot and spent the day very efficiently with him guiding us to the locations that are worthwhile. It's totally worth every penny. We also got a free lunch to our surprise. I definitely recommend this highly.
