Brilliant experience - As a family we had a wonderful experience! This truly is a natural beauty on a whole new level. The views on offer here are breath taking from the skywalk and Guano Point (both truly amazing!). To finish off this wonderful experience we did the zip line which everyone in my family said was one of the best experiences we have had to date. We also did not have any issues with staff and thought they were lovely especially calming the nerves of some of the more nervous members of the group for the zip line.

Great experience - Unique experience! The whole tour was perfect. The Shuttle Service was very convenient, it took you to the 2 observation points, the first was also the Skywalk

We enjoyed it - For the month of October Nevada residents get a BOGO all access pass. So we packed up the car and drove 2 hours to Grand Canyon west. Here’s what you need to know and how to plan out the day when you get out there. All access pass comes with everything they have to offer out there. Skywalk, zip line, 10 dollar food credit, 10 dollar merch credit and access to all points. (Free Buses take you everywhere which is nice) 1. Get the zip line done before anything else. The earlier the better, line gets extremely long, they only take 12 at a time. We were in line for over an hour. Now it is fun, however it’s over before you know it, 30 second ride. Max weight is listed at site based on wind. 2. Skywalk/restaurant/ giftshop- you can get these 3 done since it’s all connected to each other, views are indescribably beautiful, however the food was lacking. They do let you take your phone out on the walk to get as many pics as you can. 3. Guano point- This is a more of walk around as much you can and see all the sights, you get up close to edge than anywhere else on the property, again very nice views and if you can make it so sunset, it’s something worth watching. Throughly we had a good time, allow yourself 4 hours or so to get it all done.

The tour was very... - The tour was very organized, gift shop was well stocked and had a lot of good deals. I enjoyed the zipline the most. I wish the food was better and not as expensive.

Not worth the outrageous price - Beautiful views, but the price to get in is ridiculous. The All access pass is over $100 per person. There are many activities listed, but we never saw a zip line and we never used our meal voucher because we weren’t hungry. The skywalk was pretty cool, but you’re not allowed to take your phones out there, you have to pay for photos. Definitely not near enough value for the price.

$99 usd PER PERSON FOR ENTRY, no other options!! - Firstly, the Grand Canyon West was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING/AMAZING!!! What was absolutely NOT AMAZING WAS THE $99 usd PER PERSON for the entry ticket (which was around $420 Canadian)!!!!!!!!! NO other options but an all inclusive ticket including the skywalk (which we did NOT want to do). The young lady selling the tickets was rude. I asked if there was any other way to save or buy a ticket and she said no (afterwards saw that you could save 20% online). After renting a car for $200, driving 2.5 hours 1 way from Las Vegas, we felt really taken advantage of by the Hualapai band that owns only the West side. When we searched entry fee online a per vehicle charge came up of $30 usd per vehicle for 7 days, guess that is only the south rim. When we looked at tours with Viator and Get Your Guide, they included lunch and a stop at the Hoover Dam for $120, just not the skywalk. For a full day tour, not just 1 entry ticket!! The prices at the gift shop and restaurants were ridiculous, absolute price gouging. They gave a $10 coupon off gifts or food with the entry ticket, if you spent $20 first (of very over inflated prices). Obviously a profit has to be made to run and maintain the Canyon, but just counting the visitors there that day it's an incredible amount of money coming in off that kind of ticket price per person. CANYON ITSELF WAS A DREAM, shuttle drivers were kind and humorous! Concession was very disorganized, out of all hot foods except for mashed potatoes/gravy (which were yummy), only cash as debit system failed, huge lines, and very poor signage or communication. We were still glad we got to finally experience the Grand Canyon, and it was our fault for not better researching this entry fee extreme but we were very caught off guard by this.

A lot of hype - Very commercialized which is good in the fact that everything runs smoothly but its very much overpriced for what you get. Walking out in the Skywalk and looking through the floor is cool but that's it. The views are nothing special, compared to the other rims it's not even close to the same level of awesomeness. We ate at the Eagle Point cafe which rivaled bad cafeteria food. If your going here because your coming from Vegas you really have no other option that's close but if your wanting to see the actual Grand Canyon in its full glory you should go to the actual National park.

Nice Place but Staff Attitude Needs Work - Felt like a rip-off. We went on the 4th of July, hoping it would be a fun way to celebrate, but it really wasn’t. First, we were told they only sell the all-access ticket, which includes several activities besides the Skywalk. We only wanted to do the Skywalk, but since the zipline was included as a bonus, we decided to go for it. Unfortunately, they didn’t mention there was a minimum weight limit for the zipline. Two of our group of five didn’t qualify, and after waiting a long time, they raised the minimum weight to 140 lbs—so only one person qualified, and decided not to go alone. The biggest disappointment, though, was the staff. Most were unfriendly, and some were downright rude esp at the Gift Shop. The only bright spot was the restaurant, where one very kind waitress made the experience a bit better. Overall, I’d say the Grand Canyon South Rim (National Park) is a much better choice.

I was refused to zipline - Drove 4 hours to go zipline at grand canyon, waited in line for more than 1 hour, when we finally got in - I was refused to use the zipline cause I don't weight enough, when in fact I do weigh enough. Everywhere online it is stated that you need to weigh between 90 and 275 pounds, I weight 110. So we wasted $230 as my husband didn’t want to zipline without me. We were refused a refund. Lady at the front desk was rude and not helpful. The prices are ridiculous and the place looks abandoned, would expect more from a place that charges money just to see nature which should be free.

High price, poor Service, lush nature - Only one entry option with "all inclusive", $99 plus taxes. High prices and poor service. Large queues, few buses, zipline with two hours of waiting, no information, little structure.
