Fleeced - Tour company failed to respond to 4 messages about pickup and time. I paid for a tour that never happened. Should have paid more attention to the reviews . Even Viatur let me down, saying they need 3 days to investigate. What do you need to investigate when a company ghosts you??? I’m owed $32. Pay up.

Seems like a fraud - Tour company didnt respond prior to the trip when we messaged and emailed days prior to. The morning of we reached out on what's app to speak to someone who didn't speak English ( Spanish speaking country we get it but also our tour was booked in english) but more importantly upon showing the messages to our hotel staff didn't seem to be "professional" in a way a tour company would. The hotel attempted to contact them at the same number to find more information and the phone had been turned off. Nobody ever did pick us up and it appears this company is a total scam. Currently waiting for a refund from viator and If that doesn't come soon we will be reporting the fraud to our credit card company for a refund that way

This is not a legitimate tour group - We booked this tour before arriving in Arica through their Viator page. They did not communicate with us in advance at all. We emailed, no response. We tried to phone and text, and the person on the phone only spoke Spanish and did not know what we were talking about. The tour claims to be offered in English. Do not book with these people.
