A Thrilling New Perspective of Gran Canaria! - We booked this last minute via our hotel, and it was excellent that they could accommodate us at such short notice. A reasonable price too per person.
The excursion itself was amazing! Around 5hrs in total but flew by. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it; as some of us have been to Gran Canaria before, this was a great way to see the island from a different perspective. We were so lucky with the weather, too. It was a bit chilly at times, but nothing a light jacket couldn’t handle, and there wasn’t any dust whatsoever!
I honestly recommend this to everyone. It was a bit nerve-wracking at times, as some of our group weren’t fully comfortable with the thrill-seeking elements, such as the heights, driving along cliff edges, and the uneven terrain. Nonetheless, no one regretted it! Everyone said it was the experience of a lifetime and it's something we will joke about for years to come.
A big shout out to our driver Eduardo! He made the trip 10x better!!

Jeep Tour Gran Canaria - We had fun and the drivers were experienced!
The stop in Tunte was too short, in order to have lunch! I would always book this tour again!

Great half day experience... - Great half day experience although not as off road as we thought it would be but still very good. Charles was the perfect guide. Very knowledgeable about the island and made it fun. Took the time to slow down and point things out to us. The cafe he suggested in one of the small villages was really good - cakes were amazing and very reasonably priced.
Definitely recommend especially if Charles is your guide!

Super trip by jeep - The Jeep Tour was just great!!!
It was a super great day with a super fun and easygoing team! At the stops everything was explained German by the guide and it was a great panorama. Highly recommended if you want to explore the interior of the island. You can't get there by yourself with the rental car and you can't find this great route.

Exceptional tour!!! - The whole experience was amazing! If you love nature and mountains, this is it! The tour guide/driver were very helpful.
Just make sure to bring water and cap because it’ll be fuming hot.

IF YOU SUFFER FROM DIZZINESS, ZAP THIS ACTIVITY!!!!! - So for those who are not dizzy, it is splendid. I am prone to vertigo, I had the worst time of my life!!! The site should make a warning because I didn't expect this... I had trouble getting over it!!! The jeeps ride on small trails in bad condition on the edge of the precipices, without barriers with nothing! I thought I was dead. We booked through the GET YOUR GUIDE website. The guide was super nice but in English or Spanish while we had ordered in French. That's less serious.

Nice cars and route with customer service issues - What is good about this tour is the use of open top defenders and the route into the mountains.
What isn’t good, and I know is mentioned on the reviews above, is that there was an issue with the hotel pick up location and the lady that calls you is very abrupt and hangs up the phone on you when she finishes speaking. It’s really quite bizarre to be hung up on without even saying goodbye when you have paid so much for the tour.
There was one tour guide who spoke English but during the drive (which is most of the tour) we were mixed in with Germans who didn’t speak to each other and the driver made it really clear he spoke no English at all, so it’s more of a drive through the mountains than a tour. It is quite bizarre that they don’t place you in a vehicle based on the language of the tour guide and the other guests.
If you asked me would I take this tour again over other tours available in Gran Canaria which are more organised and service focussed, I probably wouldn’t.

Disappointing and disrespectful company - It may have been a good experience had they picked us up. Waited from the given departure time for two hours no show. Attempted to contact 10 minutes after supposed pick up time but no joy. Went to Viator (who we booked through) who immediately supported us. The company initially told them we hadn’t got a confirmed booking. To which I forwarded photographic evidence of the ‘confirmed’ booking. Then (after two hours) the company rang and immediately began a barrage of ‘you weren’t there’ accusations. To which I calmly replied we were and you are welcome to speak to our reception as we were with them. They then quite impudently offered another trip the following day. When I informed them this was our last day the woman began her barrage of accusations that we were not there again. Not wanting our final day ruined anymore I said goodbye and hung up. Viator have been fantastic support but I would advise against this trip if they are organising the transportation. Also very annoyed that they had the unprofessional approach of lying to Viator regarding our booking. Very disappointing as we were looking to end our holiday with a fun day out.
