You will live closely the culture of its people, their customs and where they sell a wide variety of products. -
We will start our experience buying and getting to know the world of potatoes, vegetables, fruits, meats and dehydrated products. Our Chef will give us an explanation of the products and we will choose the supplies that we are going to prepare.

Then we go to the Restaurant, where the products are cooked with authentic Arequipeño stoves with logs and ancestral techniques.

The Chef will teach us the secrets of traditional Arequipeña cuisine for the preparation of each of the dishes.

During this experience, the Chef will openly show the local cuisine, and each participant will have the opportunity to prepare the chosen dish step by step and enjoy the culinary art.

Finally we will taste and share what we have prepared.

Commence from the hotel for a trip to the conventional San Camilo Market, where you’ll experience firsthand the culture of its inhabitants, their customs, and an extensive array of goods on sale.
We initiate our exploration by purchasing and learning about a range of potatoes, vegetables, fruits, meats and dried goods. An enlightening overview of these commodities by our Chef will follow, leading us to select the ingredients for our upcoming preparation.
Next, we traverse to the Restaurant, renowned for serving traditional regional cuisine.
Our Chef will reveal the arcane of traditional Arequipa’s gastronomy as we discern the method of preparing the distinct dishes.
Throughout this venture, the Chef will provide an unrestricted view of the local culinary procedure, and each participant will receive the chance to create their dish meticulously.
Ultimately, we will sample and share our cooked delicacies.
