▪ In my unique Sicilian workshop, you’ll discover how to prepare local dishes. We’ll utilize only fresh, seasonal produce sourced from nearby farmers for our menu. You’ll enjoy this culinary experience in an open-air setting, surrounded by the serene and aromatic ambiance of nature. If you’re looking to incorporate a gastronomic adventure into your holiday, this offers not just a fun and enlightening experience, but also tranquility. You’ll learn the art of converting wholesome food into traditional and appetizing meals.
▪Transportation within the Siracusa region comes at an additional charge of €30 per person.
◾You’re welcome to celebrate your special occasion with lit candles.
◾For an additional €50 per person, you can join the Ortigia market tour which lasts approximately an hour. This tour allows you to sample local produce, purchase ingredients for our lunch, and receive smart recipe ideas along with my cookbook.

Wonderful experience! - We had a great time and learned some Sicilian cooking! Teresa was very kind and made us feel welcome. She understands food and is a good teacher. We made ravioli from scratch and cooked pulpo Siciliana. Afterwards a delicious lunch.

Splendid evening of Sicilian cooking in a gorgeous setting - I had the most wonderful evening at Teresa’s charming home - cooking traditional Sicilian dishes and enjoying her luscious backyard. The setting is beautiful. After travelling for sometime, it’s nice to be welcomed into someone’s home for a home cooked meal :) Teresa is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, organized & a pleasure to spend time with. She even sent me off with my own book of Sicilian recipes :) I look forward to returning next year. I cannot recommend this experience enough!

A wonderful time! - Teresa was fantastic ! She took she took the time to tailor the menu to our preferences. She was a great teacher and we learned so much. Not to mention the food was delicious! We had such a relaxing time in her garden and getting to know her. Would love to do it again!

Perfect lunch in the country - We had a great time today with Teresa! We had no experience making pasta, but with much patience she took us to the market to pick out our fresh seafood (clams and mussels) as well as a freshTuna tartare. It was amazing and now we can make these dishes at home.

Authentic Sicilian Experience! - Teresa's class was wonderful! We loved that it was intimate and tailor-made for us. Teresa spent lots of time in the lead up helping us choose our menu and taught us all the traditional cooking tips and tricks that you don't necessarily find in a recipe. Our food was delicious! This experience was the perfect way to end our Sicilian adventure.

Personalized cooking class - The cooking class was a highlight of the trip! I've participated in several cooking classes in my travels, and without a doubt, this was the best class. Teresa welcomed us into her home and made us feel like family. We picked out a personalized menu of what we wanted to cook, and together, we cooked one of the most delicious meals of our trip. She also was very accommodating of the food allergies in our group. Highly recommend!

Private Cooking Lesson and Market Tour - Theresa was an amazing host who clearly loves cooking and does a great job instilling her love with her guests! She was very accommodating trying to pick us up at our hotel and returned us to the same spot. We had an informative tour of the market. And prepared a delicious meal at her home. She even shared the recipes with us so hopefully we can make at home. Lovely experience!

One of a kind experience - Teresa was absolutely amazing! I chose this class because I wanted more than a cold restaurant kitchen and cooking instructions but I could not have possibly anticipated enjoying this cooking class as much as I did. Teresa made me feel like her own family. Her home was so beautiful, warm and inviting. This class was thee most peaceful and satisfying part of my girls trip to Italy. Teresa was endearing, so kind and talented. The food was absolutely stunning and we made the best cannoli's I have ever had. She served us a beautiful Sicilian wine and a homemade refreshment that was to die for! Even after the class she welcomed us to stay a while and lounge in her garden for more wine and we had the loveliest chat. It was truly a beautiful experience in every aspect. Very grateful to have found Teresa!

Sicilian cooking class - Great experience with a gracious host. Our family had a fun night learning to cook typical Sicilian food. It was well organized and we had booked last minute. We all enjoyed it and now have some recipes that we will make at home.
