An Unforgettable Experience with Teresa! - This cooking class with Teresa was the highlight of our trip! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and Teresa made us feel like family. We laughed, we learned, and we left with full hearts (and fuller stomachs!). If you’re in Syracuse don’t miss this experience. 💕🍷🍝

Incredible family experience - Our family had an amazing time cooking with Teresa in her garden. She is the Sicilian mother you wish you had for cooking. So much was done by her experience- eyeballing the amounts, tasting, adjusting. She included all 4 of us in the process with jobs for each, even our 7 year old got to help. We enjoyed the food we made then tried her homemade limoncello and all danced together in the garden afterwards. A great enriching experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily! A true gem.

Foodie heaven! - We had a highly enjoyable and informative experience with Teresa! Not only did we learn how to create a few of her recipes, we also were able to learn more about Sicilian culture. With Teresa's guidance, we created a beautiful 3/4 course menu that we were able to feast on. Teresa also supplied us with a pack of her family recipes so that we could bring the Sicilian culinary magic back home with us. We would highly recommend visiting Teresa and learning to master the kitchen like a true Sicilian!

Highly recommend this terrific class! - What a wonderful morning we had cooking with Teresa! Even though I cook Italian at home, I learned so much from her about ingredients & cooking techniques. This is a terrific class for both non-cooks & experienced ones. Our reward was sitting down on the patio eating the dishes we cooked. It was a sumptuous meal with high quality, fresh ingredients and believe me - you won’t walk away hungry! At the end, she shared her recipes for us to take home. Highly recommend her class!

Loved this cooking class! - Teresa provided us such a wonderful experience cooking a traditional Sicilian meal! She not only provided great, easy direction, but told us about some sites we could view in Siracusa during our stay. We made an incredible pesto pasta paired with stuffed Zucchini and it was one of the best meals of the trip. not only that but she was made it very easy to communicate with beforehand to make sure we arrived at the right place! Would recommend this to any friend going traveling to Siracusa!

Authentic Sicilian Cooking Class with Terese - Highlight of Our Trip – And We’re Still Full!
If you're looking for an authentic, hands-on Sicilian cooking experience—and don't mind leaving with a full belly and a heart even fuller—this class is for you. We made two types of handmade pasta (yes, our arms got a workout), a mouthwatering parmigiana, and a classic dessert that may or may not have made us consider moving to Sicily permanently.
Our teacher, Terese, was an absolute gem: warm, hilarious, and clearly passionate about food and sharing her culture. She had the kind of culinary wisdom that can only come from a lifetime in the kitchen—and the patience of a saint (especially when watching us try to roll pasta like pros).
The whole experience was intimate, joyful, and delicious from start to finish. We laughed, we learned, we ate way too much. 10/10 would cook (and eat) again!

Expert instruction for cooking Sicilian food in a welcoming home - Teresa as very welcoming into her home for our cooking class. She had a menu picked out that suited us well. We enjoyed preparing the meal along with her expert instructions. First time we have made pasta fro scratch. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere very well done with music, wine and a comfortable house. We enjoyed getting to know Teresa and now we have some great recipes to try to replicate at home- all recipes are provided to take with you.

Wonderful experience - Teresa is a great chef! We had a great time learning to make fresh pasta and 2 pasta sauces. Great dresser made of oranges from her family farm. Highly recommend!
