Great family trip - Great trip that can also be done with small children. Sure, the children have to walk a lot, but it's worth it! The guides Wessley and Norlang are very hard-working, helpful, entertaining and knowledgeable

Excellent rain or shine activity! - Great activity rain or shine! We went on a rainy day. The tour was from 10:30am to 6:30pm. Hiking the volcano, hanging ponds and natural thermal waters to finish. Well dressed with a raincoat, there is no problem! We are still in the rainforests! Obviously, when there is rain, the volcano is not as visible because of the clouds, but what made the difference was our guide Wesler who gave us a great experience. He was able to answer all our questions about the place, about the flora, fauna, etc. with great dynamics. We still saw different species of animals despite the rain. I recommend this activity and lucky if you have Wesler as your guide for the tour! Pure life!

Best values for tours in town! - I found their table in La Fortuna near my hostel and it was cheaper than the price on TripAdvisor. The staffs were professional and enthusiastic, they explained everything in Spanish and in English which re-assured me. Had a blast all throughout. They offer so many different tour packages at reasonable prices too.

Walk view soak - Guide was very personable and good info. Isaac was guide. Walk was average too much time to stay at the top with only 1 view to see. Lunch was very disappointing. Swim was delightful when you got away from the local crowds. Need to add more info about the river so that proper footwear is brought for the river. Overall was just OK. Too much time for the planned events.

Great tour but Organizational slip ups - The overall experience is good and well worth it. We had Ivaan as our tour guide and he was TERRIFIC. However there was a delay given how many pple booked the tour on a busy Saturday and multiple groups were converging to have (a cold mediocre) lunch and then it was delayed, probbaly restaurants fault..but still... and then the rides to the hanging bridges were delayed and none of guides really could tell us how much longer we'd need to wait which added to frustration. The small natural hot springs at the end was also super crowded and rocky. And it was lukewarm not hot. Fix these things and this is a great tour to book.
