Excellent - Was very informative however the 500 steps to get up there and down hurt. I didn’t know there were that many steps up. But it was beautiful once u got there.

See all of the Parisian landmarks in one ride! - We wanted to see Paris, and what a great way to do this without getting blisters! This route is available throughout the day at many convenient locations. Acceding your ticket couldn’t be easier. Simply screenshot your email and this will be scanned by the conductor, giving you a printed ticket to use time and time again. Expect to wait in busier areas, but even the wait times are relatively quick. The only reason that I didn’t give this a 5* is because it is quite pricey for what you get. Headphones and guides are extra, so technically this is another means of transport above the ground!

We enjoyed the Arc tour... - We enjoyed the Arc tour and the use of the Hop-on hop-off, but what it took to get the bus tickets and then the Arc tickets from the BigBus company was aggravating. The tour operator never responded to contacts thru Viator, and direct with Viator. I only received bus tickets after spending hours in contact with Viator, and finally in chat with BigBus. On the day of the tour I received the bus vouchers at 2:30pm. Then you have to get to their office to get the Arc tickets, and only one of four were initially created. We did not get to the Arc until after 6 and BigBus shuts down the route at 6 , so no return transportation thru them. Suggest another tour operator for Arc tickets etc.

Bad timing - I happened to hop on the bus a few stops before bus drivers were about to switch so I got stuck in the book for an extra half hour than planned. It was awful.

Avoid this company - Booked the tour for the day. We started at the eiffel tower and needed to return there. It was about 430 when we boarded to make our way back but at 5pm the bus driver stopped and said they were done for the day and made everyone get off. He just dumped us. I am not familiar with Paris and it was dark so it was very upsetting. We had to get an uber back to our starting point which took 40 minutes and cost about $50. I would never use this company again. This is absolutely terrible to strand people. Especially when they advertise that their buses run until 8pm and it was only 5! Use a different company that will care about your welfare.

Very dissatisfied - I booked a train ticket from chd to delhi from goibibo app and accidentally booked the wrong one. I called them and they said there are some cancellation charges which I agreed to it. However on the day of train departure they booked my train without any reason which i already cancelled it. Now I am not getting any refund from them. Guys beware if you are booking anything from goibibo your money is not safe in case of cancellation. The owner should shut their business and first learn how to run their entire business cause goibibo is putting everyone into trouble and their money too. This is the second time happened to me and this time i will not leave it like that, I am gonna complaint a file against them in the consumer court. I have all the proofs from IRCTC that there should be a refund that will come into my account. I will make sure i spread their to every website in india to aware people about their scam they have been running in india. BIG SCAMMERS Goibibo 😡😡
