Very Efficient and Easy - Booking process was efficient and fast, transportation provided from our hotel was on time and fast. At the pier we were able to charter a taxi before arrival at a fixed rate. Boat ride was full, arrived to destination faster than anticipated. Disembarking and reclaiming baggage was fast and our taxi driver was already waiting for us at the pier. While signing in at our port of departure the staff provided a WhatsApp # to text to arrange for transport back. Wow it really made the travelling through islands easy, these guys are crazy efficient and organized and were able to provide all the services above for us even in a last minute circumstance. 10/10 :)

Not many other options! - Crew not very friendly and seems to always run late from schedule. Over cramped boat with lots of luggage and they make you sit in a very hot boat. However, there are limited options for transportation to the islands. (Staff at dock are incredibly rude!)

Uncomfortable - Pickup (in a songthaew) was 15 min later than indicated but we got to the pier. Small speedboat packed to the max with passengers and luggage.. One engine broke down after 10 min. Crew tried to fix it but couldn’t. Trip ended up taking 100 minutes instead of 40. Happy the sea was calm, no wind, otherwise I would have felt very unsafe. Very hot. Overall an uncomfortable and unlucky transfer but there are not many alternatives.

Avoid if possible. If not prepare mentally for a really bad experience. - Took a boat from Phuket to Khoi Yao yai. When we got to the pier we looked around to understand what the prices are and the guy from the company got offended and didn’t let us on the boat, lying to our faces saying the bot is fully booked, essentially making us wait in the sun in the middle of the day for another hour before the next boat arrives. This company is the anti-thesis to what Thai culture is all about. I’ve spent 3 weeks in Thailand and haven’t met a person that’s even half as rude as the people who work at this company.

Aggressive staff and unsafe seating arrangement - Pick up from the hotel was good but then once we got to the pier we were herded up like cattle and then crammed into a boat at double its capacity. When passengers complained that we were over the safety limit, boat staff screamed at us to “shut the f-ck up” and get off the boat if we had a problem with seating arrangements. Despite the speed boat being the most expensive option it is by far the least comfortable and safe and I would highly recommend taking a ferry or van instead!

avoid at all cost - we wanted to travel from Railay to Phuket, we used this speed boat service because we thought it would be convenient. this might be the worst way to travel to phuket. its expensive, no AC, takes about just as long as other modes of transportation. during our trip they had some engine trouble, we were delayed by 1.5hr, and after that they crammed the boat full or people, so the ride was very uncomfortable. If u were considering traveling around thailand please just use a car service or ferry.
