Luxury travel - We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the pier. We'll organized and very friendly. On board we were offered the VIP option for 200THB per person, it include 2 small snacks, a small coke and a small water. It was amazing to sit in reclining leather chairs. Overall a really good experience.

Absolutely wonderful - Beautiful trip to Phi Phi and back. Van pickup from resort then short drive to pier. Boarded ferry and chose to upgrade to the VIP level for Bht200 each as seating more comfortable and you get food and drinks included. Staff lovely. Definitely use again.

Ideal to get to ko phi phi - Driver came about 10 minutes late, no biggie. A mini bus is the transport so fine for all luggage and the service received throughout was lovely. Very organised. Scenic journey.

great way to travel to phi phi - easy to get a ticket. just go to any of the travel operators that are everywhere. quickly boarded, and off we went. comfy enough and can get up and walk about to kill time. took about 2 hours but some lovely scenery along the way.

Late but good value - Pick up was very late
Left the port late and had to pick up at raiay so was very late getting to Koh phi phi
Very busy !!! Didn’t see any life jackets . Piles of luggage . Took ages to get off !

Late pick up - Tour operator was 30 min late in picking us up from hotel. No notice or apologies given. I had to phone them twice to confirm that we’re not left behind.

Very disappointing day trip. - The staff should be more professional. Explanations should be given for problems that affect everyone, prior to the trip. Boat should be clean.
We bought tickets on the Ao Nang Princess Ferry fir a day trip to Koh Phi Phi. We were not told the trip would be 2 hours each way; and there was a stop in Railay to load additional passengers. We spent 5+ hours traveling for a 2.5 hour stay at Tonsai Bay.
The boat was dirty, and the toilets disgusting. No toilet paper, of course.
Also they would not accept the Thai government Morphrom app to certify vaccination status. Absurd.

Terrible experience - Absolutely appalling service. Driver 1.20 minutes late picking us up. Stressful as we were 30 mins arriving after ferry had left. Put onto a smaller boat to meet ferry in middle of ocean

Skip Viator and buy your own ticket - Waited 40 minutes and the pickup driver never showed. Was communicating with the Viator company who said 10 minutes multiple times. Had to pay for a taxi who drove at top speed and barely made the boat. Skip Viator and buy your own boat ticket and taxi so you make the trip stress free
