Fabulous &Fun - The zipline was a blast. The equipment was not smelly like other places I have been. The staff team was polite, safety orientated and communicated well. I particularly appreciated Breezy and another staff who referred to my husband by name on several occasions. They displayed excellent customer service. Thank you for a great experience❤️

Such fun ziplining - The actual ziplining was fantastic. We did the full zipline course which is full of some longer some shorter zips. The rangers were super fun, full of chat and really made the whole experience entertaining as well as thrilling. The ziplining itself is 5*. There were also some super cute cats around! Our ride was on time, super friendly, even stopping off to take some pictures for us along route. The one thing that was lacking from this overall experience was the organisation and the collaboration of the provider with viator. I think the majority of people who do this possibly don't book through viator, because the confusion of the staff was crazy. They disappeared off with my ID for ages, three separate people asked me to double check that we'd paid online, and they kept asking us the same questions about how we'd booked over and over again - just seemed absolutely baffled. It meant we were hanging around a lot at the start waiting for them to get everything in order. The description mentions food and water included, and when there was no sign of this and we showed the staff, again they were baffled and told us they actually wanted to take that bit out. They did end up giving us food and drink and were apologetic - the whole thing was just a bit awkward and uncomfortable. It's definitely worth booking via viator because of the pick up and drop off, but I'd encourage the provider to make sure that they understand what is actually being offered.

Great experience - Was a really good experience. The staff were extremely helpful and encouraging especially on the obstacle course. I would have loved have the ability to take more photos but the risk of losing your camera is too much.

Fun - The staff was friendly and helpful. They don't allow phones on your person unless it is strapped around your neck or chest. The lines are short but fun. There may be a long line to purchase pictures which are $15 each. More cost efficient purchasing tickets through Viator than company direct bc taxi ride is included in the price.

Average at Best! Workers Were Very Quiet and Hardly Spoke, No Excitement! - We Arrived by a Taxi filled out some paper work and put our bags in a secure wooden locker. Connie was our liaison, she dropped off at a fitting area. The guys that took us to the zip line did not really say much at all. It was 9 different zip lines total. They do offer you pics and video at the end. Typically the people doing the lines are more excited and make it fun. It was just Average.

Expensive activity especially if you want pictures - Fun but underwhelming, though the people are lovely. Kids would love this experience! The zip lines are shorter than you think.

Unfair company policy - I wasn't allowed to participate on this excursion because they only take couples. I really wanted to do this zipline as I have done others around the world
