Incredible experience 10/10 - 10/10 one of the best experiences ever. Excellent guides- Willy and Orlando took such good care of our small group, we’re super knowledgeable, spoke English and we felt safe at all times. Food was great and optional hikes were well worth it. Rental gear was easy to use and worked well. So fun and well worth the trek!!!

Great Volcano Adventure - Even though this was a huge challenge, it was an amazing experience. The guides, food and the camp station were great. Long hike but worth the view.

MUST DO!! - THIS WAS SUCH AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. Caesar was such an incredible guide and made the brutal uphill on the first day enjoyable and fun. We did the sunrise hike at sunset with our second guide Benjamin and I can’t express enough how majestic it was. The views of the volcano, being above the clouds, watching the sun go down, and the explosions and lava flow down at night was other-worldly. Definitely not for the faint of heart as it was a very challenging hike, but SO worth it. Also again, can’t recommend better guides than the two we had. Benjamin was awesome and very clear with directions and motivation, and Caesar went out of his way to make the trip so fun and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the food was 10/10. I was so impressed from start to finish. PS: make sure to bring enough water and something to use as a pillow.

Volcano tips - 1. Willy and Orlando were amazing! Informative, experienced, positive and very professional! 2. Definitely bring some sort of bandana or gaiter for the dust. The terrain is loose dusty rock the entire way and you will be eating dirt without one. 3. Don’t worry about gear rental communication if you haven’t heard back. They have everything you would need and you can get it upon arrival. 4. Yes pack water, but you also have multiple opportunities to stop and buy water at little shops along the way. 5. *please* pack your own toilet paper and trash in and out! It was so sad how much litter was all over the entire volcano. 6. This hike is *tough* but so so worth it for the view. We did not do the extra fuego hike in the evening but instead did the quick sunset hike and were so happy with our decision. It was the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen in my life, and we had time to sit and enjoy it, then have marshmallows around the campfire. If you can make this a 3 day/2 night trip then do Fuego the next night! The views from base camp are amazing and I wish we could have stayed up there longer

Incredible Experience. Wonderful Guides - The hike is hard, but you should expect that. The guides were absolutely awesome. They were patient, multilingual, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and encouraging. They went above and beyond for me twice. First they helped me find my drone that fell out of the sky. The next morning a dog took one of my boots and they genuinely searched and searched for it. Never found it, but they helped me figure something out. They made us in credible hot chocolate at night. Dinner was hot. Breakfast was good. They have a combination of cabins and tents. They started a fire for us and pulled out smores. 5 star experience of a life time. Thanks, guys. - Ish

The tour itself, the... - The tour itself, the guide, and everything we experienced was 10/10. Viator’s service however, absolutely terrible. I will recommend people to book through their contact and not Viator.

Best hiking tour to the volcanic mountain - Our group tour guides Mel and Elder were fantastic. They were patient and kept us on track. They also prepared us delicious food when we made it to base camp. Bring your own water (even if it is heavy) you can also stop and buy some on the way. Have a big enough bag to carry your lunch and dinner to the top and don’t forget a headlamp.

Amazing experience ! - Our tour guides Willy and Adan were amazing and made this experience extremely enjoyable! I loved how they made sure our whole group was safe, yet also having a good time! The hike itself was definitely challenging, yet sooooo worth it for the views of Fuego Volcano erupting at the top! Just a heads up, you have to fit the lunch and dinner they provide for you in your backpack :) I would highly recommend booking through this agency!
