Everything was good but pick up time was wrong - I was told they would pick me up at 8am, then called me that they are running late and would pick me up at 8:15, after 8:30 am...I called and was now told, there are bad traffics and will be picked up at 9am. I skipped my breakfast at hotel to wait outside for this. When I asked other tourist in the bus, he said there was no traffic at all...somewhere they messed up the timing real bad.
Otherwise, it was OK, Antigua itself is a beautiful city. Tour guide was very nice, I asked me to stop at a dinner place to pick up something after our tour...he did, which was very nice of him.

Don’t Book - Ruined the first day of my vacation - Do not book with this company. I will be a waste of your vacation and time.
They never picked me up.
Their phone number is not working.
Their website is down.
They never cancelled officially and Viator wanted me to wait until 12 PM before they authorized a refund.
By the time it all got sorted out - 9:30 AM when they were supposed to get me at 8 AM. I couldn’t even make arrangements to go in another tour.
