write a clear title that said you are just a transfer from client location to land of legend, not a night show or round - I expected a round trip with a guide inside the land on legends, then because of my hotel was not listed; they asked me to come to a specific location which is was good, but then I sticked in the traffic so I wens directly to the land of legend by my rented car, when I arrived I met with the man who responsible about the trip, and he just show me the map on land on legend in the entrance of it, and tell me he will come back at 11:00 pm to pick-up us!! and I was shocked because I thought that he would be with us all the whole trip inside the land, not just for a transfer. I already rented a car, so my money was wasted!! Please be specific and write that you are just a transfer or taxi.

Late pick up and late drop off at the land of legends location - Our pick up time was rescheduled from 6:15pm to 6:40pm. Secondly, there were multiple pick ups in the same shuttle van which further delayed our trip. After we came close to the land of legends location, the pick up went farther away from that location and picked to another two families who were 25 mins further east of the land of legends location. This caused considerable delay to others in the shuttle van. Due to the late entry (we could enter only at 8:45pm), we missed to see fountain shows. There was no time for food and then we were rushing for the final legendary show. All this was caused by poor planning and coordination by the tour operator and at the end we felt it was a terrible trip. Further, the driver switched off the AC in the shuttle van and e we had to remind him to switch it on. Not sure what he was trying to do. Overall a terrible experience.

This tour was not... - This tour was not transparent. This was packaged as a Night Show package for Land of Legends. When I reach the venue I came to know that the entrance fee for the night show was free.
