Lovely day out, well worth it. - Was a fabulous day out, loving the vibes, definitely recommend. Service was good and entertainment was spot on. We had transfer from hotel to location and no fuss at all.

Boat trip and pamukkale with excursion mania company - We had an amazing time, everyone was really friendly and helpful . Surely we will come back and I strongly recommend it. The guide on the way to pamukkale was lovely and told us lots of amazing stories about the country and history of it. The boat trip was like a dream, we went to a beautiful waterfall, party on the boat, tasty food and drinks, and many other amazing things.

Excellent adventure - Booking was made by Bartu via WhatsApp . Was told about the hotel pickup the night before, pickup was on time. Boat trip was excellent fun, stopped off a couple of places for a swim, excellent food and entertainment

Sensory overload - better for older kids /teenagers - We were recommended this trip as being great for kids (ours were 6, 7 and 9), but I really think it would be much better for older kids / teenagers, and wish we'd gone on a quieter and shorter boat trip. The pirate theme was what sold it to us and the boat does look amazing so we were excited when we first got there. However it quickly became apparent the boat was really really busy, and very loud, and overall a total sensory overload! The atmosphere felt more like a party boat for teenagers/adults. I was expecting there to be staff interacting with the kids, maybe a pirate show or just talking to the kids and things, but in reality the staff dressed as pirates only spoke to you for the 3 minutes when they came round to take photos that they later sold you. After the photos were taken, off the hats and the parrot went and the staff didn't interact again until they came to sell the photos. I think some of the stops could have been cut shorter as it was a long day for the young kids, it wasn't only ours who seemed overwhelmed, lots of crying children and stressed parents. Sea swimming was good, but getting out the back of the boat and back on was hectic as so many people crowded round and no staff to help with life jackets after the first stop so it was a bit chaotic. Lunch was nice, we got to the queue first so didn't have to wait, but some after us waited a long time. Lots of things were charged extra - corn on the cob I assumed was part of lunch but was sold extra, face painting for kids that they'd advertised as included was charged extra etc. I'm glad I got to see the sights as it was beautiful scenery but I'd definitely go on a quieter boat next time, rather than the pirate experience as it didn't really live up to what we were told it would be.

Poor company avoid - Company did not collect us at the hotel. This is despite several whatsapp comms telling us their driver was stuck in traffic. We were at collection point 5 mins prior to allotted time. After 45mins waiting, we were then sent a generic cancellation message. They hadnt applied the booking and simply lie in their comms. Strongly recommend avoiding this company.
