- Miradouro do Pico das Cruzinhas - The Pico das Cruzinhas Viewpoint is located in the parish of Sé, in the historical center of the city and municipality of Angra do Heroísmo, on Terceira Island, in the Azores.
It is located on the top of Pico Cruzinhas, one of the three peaks of Monte Brasil, in an area of great landscape and historical importance for Terceira. It is part of the Monte Brasil Recreational Forest Reserve.
- M1015 17 - This is a viewpoint, outside the normal tourist circuit, but with a spectacular view over the city of Angra do Heroismo.
- Serra do Cume Viewpoint - The best known viewpoint of Terceira Island, where you can see what we (local) call “Blanket Mante flaps”.
- Miradouro Do Facho - Great view over the city of Praia da Vitoria.

Had lots of fun on our tour with philippe - Really fun, we learned lots about terceira that we wouldn’t have learned just from exploring by ourselves, the guide Philippe spoke good English and was funny. He also took photos on a professional camera and sent them to us after the tour. He recommended the best places to eat and other places to visit as well. I would do the tour again for sure.

Land tour to Angra Do Heroismo - Visiting the Angra Do Heroismo town was a great pleasure. We enjoyed it very much. We had 2 hrs private tour n we enjoyed their services. We walk all over the town on our own in the afternoon. It is a safe place to visit. We highly recommend people to come.

Terrific introduction to Terceira - Our guide, Philippe, gave us a wonderful introduction to the history, fauna, and geology of the island. We were able to ask lots of questions which he answered on depth. The scenery was breathtaking. I would be happy just sitting on a hillside and drinking in the views of lush greens and blues.

Beautiful Day, informative and fun! - I can’t say enough good things about this tour! The sights were completely breath taking. We did it our first full day on the island and it was a great way to get our bearings. This is a must do, particularly if you did not rent a car!

Wonderful Afternoon - Even on a rainy day, Filipe did a wonderful job and both showed, and taught us a lot.
He is a knowledgeable and engaging guide, not just in showing scenery, but especially in teaching us the history of the area.
Next time back, we'll definitely take another AzoreBus tour.

Sightseeing with Filipe - A Terceira Must! - I have traveled to many countries over the last 20 years and been on many tours, but I can honestly say Filipe is THE BEST. My friend and I did three tours with Filipe while on the island and had an incredible time.
1) Caves and More Tour - visited the inside of a volcano, lava caves, natural pools and a duck pond
2) City Bus Tour - local monuments, fort, and two amazing viewpoints in the city
3) We enjoyed the first two tours so much, we booked a private tour with Filipe to visit the remaining parts of the island that we had not seen including Santa Barbara, Agualva, Praia da Victoria, Sao Sebastio, and Serra do Cume.
You won’t be disappointed booking a tour with him - great views from all parts of the island, coupled with local history and a little humor. Filipe is very knowledgeable will go out of his way to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. I can’t recommend him enough.

Amazing! - My mom and I visited Terceira for a week and booked this tour on our first afternoon. It was a great introduction to the island. We saw a lot of amazing things and were happily surprised that no one else was booked on our tour so we were able to go in a smaller vehicle and see more things! Filipe was very knowledgable and friendly. We were also surprised he took photos as we went and we had a tasting at the end of our tour (both were because of the smaller group so don't expect these if you have a large group).

Good overall trip - Nice people and trip and you can get the main points of the island in a short time. You can also personilize places with them if you want and they are kind to do it so.
