Travel with Geoff!!! - Picked up at Whittier port: Geoff was courteous, patient and took care of our luggage. He explained in great detail what the day would consist of and asked where each person's final destination was to be for drop off. During the ride: Geoff pointed out landmarks, history, fun facts and took us to great stops. He also made time for lunch for all of us at a gas station plaza in Girdwood! There were a few different shops to choose from. Don't sleep on Coast Pizza! Some of the best pizza from a pizza connoisuer. And it's sold by the slice with several choices available. Dessert was ice cream from the Ice Cream Shop. Huckleberry and Spumoni, among other delicious flavors in a small town shop is a win!. There is also a drug store for any OTC needs and what not. Because our guide was relaxed and knowledgeable, we had some unforgettable impromptu stops along the way. We were able to spot some mountain goats from afar, a small hike to Virgin Creek Falls, see planes fly directly overhead and the Sleeping Lady! It was an Alaska transfer experience I will never forget! Dropped off directly at the hotel entrance: Geoff removed our luggage for us and we parted ways. Overall, it was a fully packed day filled with sites and views, I would not have been able to experience on a train or cruise ship transfer that only took you to the airport. Snacks and water were also offered along the way if anyone wanted any. Please be kind and tip your driver! While you are there for the adventure, he is there for his livelihood! One last thing to mention. After getting dropped off at the hotel, my daughter realized that she left her cell phone in the tour bus. Geoff was kind enough to return the phone shortly thereafter! Thank You Beluga Travel!

Absolute BEST!!! - We had the absolute best time on our shuttle from Whittier to Anchorage after our cruise. Geoff was an amazing host. He went out of his way to show us these beautiful sights along the way. His in depth knowledge of all things Alaska was super. We were a family of 5, including a few seniors with limited mobility. Geoff took excellent care of everyone ensuring we were all happy. Geoff had a little spare time due to the fact we were his only booking, he took us to some extra special places. He went out of his way to show us some spots only the locals know. Hands down the best guide I’ve ever had. I felt like he was a friend for years picking us up and showing us around. So much better than the big bus companies. It was personalised service just for us. I cannot recommend this enough. Well worth every penny! Thanks again Geoff you really made the day and gave us such a great experience! We hope to see you again sometime! Cheers Lesley and Family!

Perfect end after our cruise - The perfect way to end our 7night cruise from Vancouver to Whittier. Our tour guide Geoffrey was outstanding. He shared so many of the highlights along the route and so many wonderful stops and panoramic views throughout the entire day. Truly, a must when you have a late flight out of Anchorage!

The operator, Geoff was... - The operator, Geoff was very knowledgable about the area and took the time to point out interesting sights and background information. We made numberous stops to get up close and personal with the area and we took loads of memorable photos. The group was hoping to encounter wildlife and Geoff did his best to deliver (we diid see a moose!). The tour promised to end with him dropping us off at the airport and that is exactly what happened. All and all, I would highly recommend this tour as the perfect end of a cruise into Whittier, Alaska.

Disembarked in Whittier, cruised through the Anton Anderson Tunnel, and marveled at the scenic views otw to Anchorage - There was so much to see, I was in genuine awe the whole time from the mountains, the terrain, the rivers, the wildlife, never a dull Moment. The driver had an exceptional knowledge of everything we were looking at as well!

SCAM-Not as Advertised. Used an Employees 12 yr old CHILD as "Professional Guide " - NOT SAFE. FALSE ADVERTISING. SCAM. NO guide, hike, water, snacks as advertised. Forced me to ride in van after violent passenger deliberately roughly shoved me. Daniel( owner) and Jeff ( driver) refused to protect a 70 yr old solo lady. Cruise terminal-Jeff/driver was over an hr late, no person w/sign was at terminal as other professional tours had.We had to wander around large bus lot to find their unmarked dirty van. Identified only by car tag, scratchs and dirt patterns. All other professional tour groups had shiny clean well advertised busses, vans. Waited another hr for missing passenger. 5am, I fell asleep. Man behind me YELLED WAKE UP! Gave Very HARD shoulder SHOVE.Called me a dirty name. Violent, angry voice. I'm 70, traveling solo. Afraid. I got out told Jeff and owner Daniel. Unconcerned.Treated me as the problem.Violent man yelled another ugly name, all heard.2 vans, I asked to move.No. Asked for man's name, No. All dy I had to keep my back to window, watch abuser. For my safety I had to focus on his location at stops instead of enjoying Alaska. Stressed, frightened entire 6 hr dy. Driver loudly called my Full name during dy, and at hotel stop giving abuser my hotel location. Driver didn't call anyone else's full name. Jeff used his 12 yr old kid as our Adult Professionally Trained Guide instead of himself. Lazy? Incompetent? I pd $220 to Babysit a brat who didn't Shut Up ENTIRE dy. Joe! Tell them about that mnt. Joe! How high is that tree? Joe what about the bears? Tell them about the bears...ALL DY. So much wrong w/this. At the start when Jeff started talking to his child instead of us to start the tour as a PROFESSIONAL TOUR GUIDE does- Everyone kept looking around at each other, not sure what was going on. Was driver just asking his son a question or 2 before starting lecture on 1st destination? He clearly assumed we were OK having a child lecturing adults. No big deal. Cheat the tourist. Completely bizzare. No one had mentioned the child was drivers son, that we'd been scammed into paying Hundreds for a professional tour and guide but instead they acted as if it was acceptable for a van full of customers babysit. Not just Babysit but pretend a 12 yr old insufferable snot nosed brat was an adult. Pretend it was a professional guide. $220. Paid for the privilege of missing Alaskan information I had looked forward to. My only opertunity. How much of Alaska were we cheated out of? 1 and only chance to visit the wildlife rescue center too. Everyone was confused didn't know what to do. Uncomfortable, akward, kept quite instead of discussions, talking about scenery. Driver didn't know route or have GPS. Kept asking kid for directions. Lunch? Choice of gas station, small pizza joint, Subway. NO water or snacks as advertised. A gas station. Girdwood- drove around some neighborhoods-seemed to be house hunting. Jeff "ocassionally" did his job. Gave info that was interesting the way an actual Professional, Adult Guide does.LIKE WHAT WE PAID FOR. NO glacier hike. Never offered or mentioned. Overlook stops-Child STOOD BETWEEN US AND BOARDS, we couldn't see around him to read the boards. We would give up, walk to other signs. He moved into our way, more non asked for childish nonsense babling. His father watched, enjoyed scamming tourist. Highlight of "tour"- Alaska conservation rescue center. We got out. No instructions other than a small general map. How long there? Actual guides available? Office, bathrooms? Any thing? Just expected to know where to go. Wondered around lost. Without timeframe, afraid of being left. Had to keep van in sight. How enjoyable. Another tour group came, I walked near them so I could hear their Excellent driver/guide. He told wonderful information. I realized how much my group was missing the entire day. Rarely,Jeff asked if we had questions-kid jumped in every time -no, I know all of that stuff. Rarely when brat was busy on his phone a paying customer dared ask A question. When WE were asked if van temp was ok Child Again allowed to speak instead of adults as if it was the one who mattered. NO! IT'S A CHILD. FAMILY. SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THERE. SAT IN CORNER QUITELY NOT ANNOYING PAYING ADULTS.NOT RUINING OUR "TOUR". Jeff did as his kid told him to do. Ignored PAYING CUSTOMERS. A know it all brat who seemed to think it was an adult and had the right to just start talking to adults un-asked for. That it was acceptable to lecture Adult PAYING CUSTOMERS. Beluga Tours business policy-advertise guide- use12 yr old brat instead. FALSE ADVERTISING. SCAMMED. I felt as if I was intruding in a family trip. They had personal conversations about family things as if PAYING CUSTOMERS weren't there. Beluga Travelers placed me in harms way, forced us to pay to Babysit drivers child. Why wasn't it in school? "Tour"not as advertised. No hike, no water or snacks. Gas station instead of restaurants. No guide. SCAM. Viator couldn't have cared less.
