Food, Stories, and Sourdough Dan - Being the last tour of the season, we had the tour to ourselves. Sourdough Dan was personable, down to earth, and just a cool dude to spend the morning with.
Unlike some food tours I've taken in other cities that take you to spots that are less busy just so we can get in (regardless of quality), Dan took us to some of the most popular and must try spots in the city. Many of his spots were already on my try list and hitting them all with Dan was great. All the options were great, with a good mix of sweets and savory items. There was a little bit of walking, but no excessive distances. There was so much food on the tour that we did not have to eat any additional breakfast or lunch.
I will say this wasn't a particularly informative tour, but Sourdough Dan had some amazing stories that was really able to communicate and convey the culture and heart of local and native Alaskans.
All in all this was a great tour, with great food, and a wonderful tour guide. Would highly recommend.

Great family afternoon in Anchorage - Pam was our tour guide, and she did a great job. It was a rainy day, but she made up for it with the information and food in the downtown area. It's a great way to spend an afternoon in Anchorage.

Great food, drinks, tour guide, and stories - This is a great opportunity to sample some of the best restaurants that downtown anchorage has to offer. All of the stops were great but my favorite places were tent city and humpy.

Unique and Fun Downtown Anchorage Food Tour - Had a great time learning some of the history of downtown Anchorage with our fantastic guide Dan! The food stops were great! I really enjoyed the fireweed doughnuts and the dumplings, and who doesn't love a good reindeer dog?! Thank you for a unique and fun experience in Anchorage Dan!!

Adult Family Adventure across Alaska! - We had an absolutely delightful 3 hours with our guide, Pam. She was engaging, entertaining, informative, personable and we all loved her personal stories! She was a great listener, as well, and seemed truly engaged with our stories! She was not bothered by time restrictions because we weren’t!
We also appreciated Sourdough Dan going out of his way to meet us, knowing he had another tour.
All 9 of us would recommend this tour to everyone interested!
By the way, the food was tasty and the perfect amount for our group! BRAVO 👏 👏👏👏👏

Excellent tour - Wonderful tour! We were the only ones booked for the day and they picked us up at our hotel. Worked out perfectly so we didn’t have to find a way downtown. Very spacious tour van that picks you up. Stopped at many different locations, both food and sightseeing that we wouldn’t have known otherwise. Got to try Russian dumplings, biscuits and gravy, delicious ice cream, halibut
Tacos, local beer samples, homemade salsa and chicken and reindeer soup. All were very good! We saw wild moose, scenic views of the mountains and of the city. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a excellent tour of the city and get to know the area better

Trip to Anchorage and Fairbanks - Anchorage was okay. At the end of March it is still pretty bleak. I weould like to go back for the Iditarod celebration. Fairbanks was wonderful. Really like that city. Great museums. Do not stay at the Crowne Plaza mid town as it is a dump.
